This lovely villa was once part of an old farm house and retains all its original charm, thick walls and courtyards. It has been newly decorated to a very high standard and is extremely comfortable. Large living room, dining area to seat eight, well-equipped country-style kitchen and three bedrooms offering 1 double and 4 twin beds.
The outside areas of the villa are totally private and secluded. A very pretty, flower filled courtyard leads into the property. It has a large, traditional built in dining and barbecue area for cosy al-fresco dining. At the back of the property there is another large walled courtyard, which surrounds the heated swimming pool and sunbathing terrace.
All in all, this is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet, restful holiday in tranquil Conil - an hidden, unspoilt gem on the island of Lanzarote.

The Lanzarote region
The most easterly of the Canary Isles, Lanzarote is located just 79 miles off the Moroccan coast. Its proximity to North Africa means that it is blessed with a warm, dry climate, with temperatures averaging 21 degrees in winter and 29 in summer and a mere 140mm of rain every year. This makes Lanzarote a perfect year-round destination, whether you want a hot summer break or an escape from the gloomy northern European winter!
Lanzarote also boasts a wealth of attractions for every genre of tourist. The island is perhaps most famous for its other-worldy volcanic landscapes, produced by a series of eruptions during the 18th and 19th centuries. This is one of the best places in Europe for seeing real volcanic action! Lanzarote is also home to beautiful sandy beaches, vibrant resort towns and peaceful rural villages, meaning that whatever you're looking for in your Canaries holiday, you're sure to find it here!
Conil, Lanzarote area
Conil is a wonderful traditional Canarian village. It is very peaceful and quiet yet located just 10 minutes from Lanzarote's capital Puerto del Carmen and 5 mins from Tias with its bars, shops, golf course and supermarkets.
Conil has its own supermarket, plus 2 great little tapas bars and a small industrial bakery. Conil is on the edge of the wine growing region and makes a perfect base for exploring the extraordinary interior of Lanzarote. It is perfectly located for visiting the series of Bodegas in the wine growing region. It is a 10 minute drive to Teguise with its fantastic Sunday morning market and great restaurants.
How to get there
The house is located within the small quiet village of Conil, which is located above Tias in the foothills of the dormant volcanic mountains above Puerto del Carmen. It is about 20 minutes drive from Arricefe Airport and whilst we would recommned hiring a car, a taxi from the Airport costs about 15 Euros.

Further details indoors: The lovely, large living room has an attractive beamed ceiling, a dining area to seat eight, a wood burning stove and doors leading to the courtyard.
The separate, country style kitchen is very well equipped and has a breakfast area and door to the courtyard.
The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the rear courtyard and a very attractive en-suite bathroom with Moroccan style cobalt and white tiles. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a Canarian style shower room with an extra large walk in shower.
Although the property is ideally designed to sleep six people in perfect comfort, if you have a slightly larger group we do have two sofa beds. Please contact the owner for further details if you are a group of more than six people looking to stay in this property.
Further details outdoors: The pool measures approximately 8x4metres with Roman steps and there is a poolside shower adjacent to it.
Plenty of kids toys, games and videos available for entertainment.
