The apartment is furnished in a contemporary style to a high standard and has full air conditioning/heating for year round comfort. Satellite TV/DVD and i-pod docking station are also provided. Tennis rackets are available for guests to use and a parasol and cool box for the beach.

Relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the golf course and mountains. The Costa Calida/Murcia region

White sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, breathtaking cliffs and unspoilt bays make up the coastal area of Murcia knows as the Costa Calida or "Warm Coast".

The Costa Calida, being in the southern region of Spain, offers one of the most pleasant climates in Europe, with mild winters, day after day of clear blue skies in summer with an average of 320 sunny days a year. Its warm, mild temperatures (annual average of 21 C) and low rainfall makes the Murcia Region a perfect example of quality of life in the Mediterranean.

The coastline stretches from the the Mar Menor around the La Manga Strip and along the Mediterranean coast to Aguilas in the south. The beautiful beaches of resorts such as Lo Pagan, Santiago de La Ribera and Los Alcazares are on the crystal clear Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is excellent for children as it’s beaches shelve very gently. In the summer, the waters are literally like a warm bath.This whole area is a Mecca for lovers of watersports of all kinds, sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, jetskis, snorkling, scuba diving or just swimming.

The inland area of Murcia is one of Spain’s best kept secrets. The regional capitol - Murcia City, is known as the “Baroque capitol of Spain” for its wealth of fine buildings and is a fantastic place to explore.

Condado de Alhama / Jardines de Alhama area

Condado de Alhama is Polaris Worlds newest 5 star luxury resort comprising of several independent resorts of which "Jardines de Alhama" is one, all set within an area of 9,000,000m2 of parkland, landscaped gardens and golf courses blending seamlessly into the Murcian landscape.

The apartments of "Jardines de Alhama" have typical white Mediterranean architecture and are surrounded by beautiful lush gardens with Mediterranean palms and ancient olive trees, each garden having a large communal swimming pool at its centre, 15 pools in total. Pedestrianised pathways link the gardens with each other and the resort facilities, which include the sports complex and the Moroccan style Town Centre " Al Kasar" at the very heart of Condado. Here the supermarket, shops, pavement style cafe bars and restaurants can be found and once night falls the whole area is spectacular.

Just a short drive from Condado is Alhama de Murcia with it’s Moorish castle, Roman spas and beautiful church. Continue south to Totana which again has a beautiful church and an enormous market every Wednesday. Both of these small towns are on the edge of the stunning Sierra Espuna Regional Park. This area is a paradise for walkers with dedicated trails cris-crossing the mountain area which is covered in pine trees.

The beach at Puerto Mazarron along with its new stylish Marina, restaurants, bars and shops is a 15 minute drive from Condado. Mazarron holds a Sunday market, popular with both Spanish and tourists alike. Bolneuvo beach with its weathered sandstone formations and gently shelving sandy beach is also close by with Isla Plana and L'Azohia just a little further up the coast.

Furnished in a contempory style to a high standard the apartment has one double bedded and one twin bedded room, both with large fully fitted modern wardrobes with chest of drawers, bedside tables and lampshades. The double bedroom has a modern console style dressing table with mirror over and chair.

Fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave.

Open plan lounge with flat screen TV complete with satellite TV, DVD player with selection of DVDs, and IPOD docking station. The open plan dining area has a contempory style dining table for 4 persons.

The fully tiled bathroom has both bath and shower and is completed with toilet, bidet, washbasin with large mirror over with shaving point. A complete set of towels are included per person. All bed linen is provided. (pool and beach towels are not provided).

The roof terrace is perfect for all day sunbathing and is even fitted with a shower so you can cool off. The large pergola is fitted with a retractable sunshade, for alfresco dining. There is a modern rectangular dining table with 6 chairs, gas BBQ and electricity supply for i-pod.

Relax with a glass of wine and watch the amazing sunsets over the golf course and mountains. In the evening the roof terrace is beautifully lit with soft lighting, and candles making it a truly magical place.
After dark the pathways and gardens around "Jardins de Alhama" are well lit - perfect for an evening stroll around the beautiful gardens.

The lower balcony has views out over the pool and gardens and gets the sun from early morning until late afternoon. The apartment is set in lush gardens with a gated swimming pool with separate children's area just a few seconds stroll away. There is a children's play area with swing set. Each garden has its own swimming pool and children's play area ensuring that the gardens are never overcrowded.

There is a private parking space close to the apartment.

Cleaning & "Meet & Greet" Charge - 50 Euros payable locally on your arrival to our Property Manager who will provide you with the keys, show you into the apartment and answer any questions you may have.

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. For bookings received within 6 weeks of your holiday, full payment is due at the time of booking.

A damage deposit fee of £50 is required at the time or your final payment. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return upon as satisfactory inspection of the apartment by our property manager.

Payment can be received by cheque or a bank transfer GBP or Euros.

The apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday and was very well equipped. Thanks for the use of the tennis rackets and the parasol and cool box for the beach. The roof terrace was great for sunbathing or relaxing under the sunshade and we barbecued most nights with friends who were also staying in Jardines de Alhama.

The children loved the pool and everyone was so friendly. We will definitely recommend it to our friends. My husband can't wait for the golf course to open!. We can recommend La Caverna (the cave restaurant nearby),The Barber Family, Hale
