This stylish 3-bed holiday apartment benefits from its own air conditioning and has been furnished to a high specification. Ideally located on the ground floor, the apartment has its own private garden and patio area which directly overlooks the stunning pool. This holiday home is ideal for a couples, families and golfers.

Condado de Alhama is well equipped and has something for everyone to enjoy. For the sports enthusiasts there are a good choice of tennis courts to choose from including basketball, football, and soon to be opened a gym. Should golfing be your thing then you’ve come to the right place. Condado will eventually boast three golf courses, the first 18 hole golf course will be ready in December 2009. A good size supermarket is also located on site including a couple of bars, a Spanish and Italian restaurant all now open in the stunning setting of The Foro.

For those eager to explore– there’s plenty to see! Nearby Puerto de Mazarron boasts endless sandy beaches, coves and a marina that is host to a wide choice of bars and restaurants including a market on a Sunday. A little further from Puerto Mazarron is the small coastal village of Bolnuevo, also boasting a beautiful beach.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Condado de Alhama is nestled at the foot of the Sierra Espuna Mountains and Nature Reserve providing an outstanding place of beauty where visitors can benefit from a range of outdoor activities including walking, mountain biking, rock climbing and horse riding. There are also a number of walkways crossing ridges, through forests offering panoramic views of the surrounding area.

For those eager to explore– there’s plenty to see! Nearby Puerto de Mazarron boasts endless sandy beaches, coves and a marina that is host to a wide choice of bars and restaurants including a market on a Sunday. A little further from Puerto Mazarron is the small coastal village of Bolnuevo, also boasting a beautiful beach.

The nearby City of Murcia is host to a wide choice of designer boutiques, specialist stores and high street retail shops, bars and restaurants including a number of museums.

Head off in the opposite direction towards the coast you will find Cartagena, a thousand year old Mediterranean
port. Cartagena is full of character and has something for everyone to enjoy, whether it be exploring its museums or relaxing in a bar overlooking the harbour.

At Condado de Alhama there is something for everyone to enjoy. Whether it be golfing or simply lazing by the pool, the choice is yours. With its fantastic golf course due to open in December 2009 and stunning 'Foro' now opened offering a fantastic bar, Italian and Spanish restaurants, including a good sized supermarket for your everyday needs - at Condado de Alhama there is everything you need for a perfect holiday.

Each apartment is nestled within its ownJardine and is host to a large swimming pool and children's play area where you can relax by the pool or in the comfort of your own apartment and private open space.

How to get there

The nearest airport is San Javier, approximately 30 minutes drive to the resort, with Alicante airport a little
further away. And the good news is the new international airport at Corvera is due to open in 2010/2011
which will be only a 15 minute drive to Condado de Alhama.
Cheap flights to Murcia San Javier are available from the following airlines:-
• Jet2.com from Leeds Bradford, Manchester, Blackpool, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Belfast.

From the Airport
Car hire is recommended and there are a number of car hire companies within the arrivals hall at San Javier
airport and in the airport terminal building at Alicante. The resort of Condado de Alhama is easily accessed by
the motorway network and detailed travel directions will be sent to you prior to departure.

All the our prices include cleaning on arrival, fresh bed linen and towels. For longer stays a mid-stay linen change can be arranged at a cost of 30 euros.

A deposit of £100.00 per week is payable at the time of booking and the balance is payable four weeks prior
to departure. For departures within four weeks the full rental charge is payable at the time of booking.

A refundable security deposit of £100.00 is also taken 4 weeks before arrival to cover any breakages, excessive cleaning, replacement keys etc, and will be refunded within two weeks of your return.
