The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Costa Calida has an average temperature of 21 degrees and 300 days of sunshine per year making it the perfect all year round holiday destination.
It is only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Sierra Espuna national park where you can hike, cycle or just enjoy the beautiful scenary and wild life. The area has over 250kms of coastline so if its the beach you are after you will have plenty to choose from!
The nearby town of Alhama is a typical spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish culture and enjoy the local foods and wine which are as good as any in spain.
Puerto Mazzaron is a 20 minute drive away and is a great place to shop and take in the sunshine.
Condado de Alhama / Jardines de Alhama area
Condado D'alhama is the flagship polaris world resort with three golf courses planned within its facility, one being a Jack Nicklaus signature course due for completion in Sept 2009.
Also planned is the fabulous Oasis town centre which will have everything you could possibly need from bars and restaurants to hairdressers and banks!

FLIGHTS:
- The closest airport is San javier, murcia - 35 mins drive to apartment. - Alicante airport is just slightly further - 50 mins drive to apartment.
Jet2, Easyjet and Ryanair offer cheap airfares to both these destinations from most British airports.
CAR HIRE:
- Recommended car hire is auriga crown which can be booked in advance on 'www.doyouspain.com' website. - Driving to and from the resort is extremely easy as the roads are all dual carriageway but surprisingly quiet! - Directions will be sent to you on request. - We are able to arrange a cheap taxi on request if you prefer not to drive or do not hold a license.
