About the home

Our air conditioned apartment has been furnished to an extremely high standard with an authentic feel that fits into its surroundings perfectly. It has all the mod cons you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It is set in exquisite private surroundings ideal for enjoying outdoor living. Watch your children from the terrace as they have fun in the play area directly outside the apartment or while they play around the pretty communal gardens. The stunning pool is a few seconds walk away if you need to cool off.

Just a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find a Sports centre with a bar/restaurant. If you are feeling energetic the centre offers you the chance to play tennis, paddle tennis, squash, basketball and football. Childrens clubs are also available. Located in the Foro town centre is a huge supermarket and a choice of bars and restaurants set in exquisite calm surroundings.

In the evening the communal gardens are illuminated to created a perfect atmosphere for al fresco dining or take a stroll to the welcoming bar/restaurant and enjoy a glass of the local wine.

This is the perfect holiday for families, couples and golfers alike.

The interior of the apartment is decorated to give a stylish and comfortable feel. Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes that provides ample storage space. The beds are extremely comfortable and the six seater corner sofa is perfect for everyone to relax on.

Keeping safety for children in mind, we have provided child locks on the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen.

A large box of toys and small paddling pool are available to use along with a high chair, potty, toilet seat and booster seat. This should hopefully help to reduce your luggage allowance!!

Further details outdoors:
There is a great 6 seater table and chairs set and sun loungers for the patio area. To keep the area shaded and to give a stylish look a superb sail is easily attached to the pergolia.

The first Jack Nicklaus signature golf course is now open and there are other courses located nearby. The beautiful Puerto de Mazarron is 15km away, here you will find a spectacular marina with water sports activities such as sailing and diving, an abundance of restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach for those lazy days.

There are also pharmacies and medical centres located nearby in case of emergencies.

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida (warm coast) has an average temperature of 21 degrees and 300 days of sunshine per year. It is the perfect base to explore the unspoilt surrounding areas and sample the fantastic local foods and wine. With the 250kms of coastline there is always another sandy cove to retreat to or you can experience the only interior sea in Europe with the medicinal, warm gentle waters of the Mar Menor.

The Sierra Espuna national park is a 10 minute drive away, this is an area of unspoilt natural beauty where you can for a hike, go cycling or just take in the spectacular views. Alhama is a typical spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish way of life and experiment with the local foods and wine.
Puerto Mazzaron is a 20 minute drive away.

Check out the fantastic marina, eat and drink in one of the many superb bars and restaurants, experience one of the many water sports on offer or just have a lazy day on the beach. Bolneuvo is just south of Mazarron, famous for its amazing rock formations and lazy beach life atmosphere or if its history that you are interested in you must see the 2,500 year old ancient city of Cartegna.

The Condado de Alhama / Jardines de Alhama area

Condado de Alhama is a 40 minute minute drive from San Javier/Murcia airport. This is the biggest and newest of the Polaris World resorts. With three golf courses planned within its facility, the first being a Jack Nicklaus signature course is now open.

Jardines de Alhama is a great location to enjoy either a relaxing or adventurous holiday. Located in beautiful private gated surroundings it is all about privacy, relaxation and convenience as well as being close to local amenities, fantastic beaches and local attractions.

“Amazing property and resort... Loved it!!!” We had a wonderful time, the apartment was clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished. The resort is excellently well maintained, with lovely mountain views and just a short 15 mins drive to gorgeous beach. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful relaxing holiday in a lovely setting. Very safe resort for children with lovely gardens, pools and sports to keep them entertained. Car hire is essential... Especially to visit those gorgeous beaches :-)

“clean, well maintained, excellant pool , peaceful area lots to do” We enjoyed our stay here. great weather, we had an excellant apartment , all the mod cons clean, comfortable great shower, comfy settees, everything well thought out. You do need a car at these apartments as only one shop bar and restaurant but all well stocked and bar very friendly and lovely seating. we felt very secure here . This is a new establishment , give it another 6 months and it will be better catered for. we loved the local beach at Mazzaron. ...lots of beach side bars and places to eat .A great indoor shopping complex at Cartagena is well worth a visit.... we will definately be back.
