About the home

Superb luxury 2 bedroom apartment with wonderful golf, lake and mountain views. The apartment is furnished and fully equipped to a high standard and is perfect for golfers, couples and small families. The apartment is right next to a large swimming pool and the town centre, tennis and squash courts are only a short walk away.

The wonderful beaches of Mazarron are only a short drive away as is the Sierra Espuna National park.

The apartment is equipped to a high standard and has everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday.

There is a large LCD TV with all UK and european channels plus DVD in the living room and includes hot and cold air conditioning. The lounge also includes a superb dining table with 4 modern leather chairs for indoor dining

In the main bedroom there is a luxury king size bed and 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom

The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all plates, pans, cutlery etc

The Bathroom is fully equipped bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, wash hand basin with large mirror and towel hooks

Further details outdoors:
The Main bedroom and Living room lead out to the large sun facing balcony with its table and 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers and gas BBQ ideal for al fresco dining and sun bathing.

Next to the apartment there is a large outside swimming pool with sun bathing areas and showers

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida is situated in south east Spain, one of the healthiest climates in the world, with an average temperature of 21C and over 320 days of sunshine a year make it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

The area is fast becoming known as "golf valley" due to increasing number of very high quality golf resorts and courses available to play. Getting around is a joy due to the fantastic travel infrastructure, and things to do are a plenty, including large shopping malls, markets, cinemas, restaurants and incredible beaches that stretch for miles.

There are a wealth of historic towns and cities such as Murcia and Lorca and places of interest like the beautiful Sierra Espuna and the tranquil port of Cartagena to visit that are all close by.

Mazzaron which hosts a very modern marina, shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and wonderful beaches is a 10 minute drive away as is Sierra Espuna national park.

The Condado de Alhama area

Condado de Alhama is a 9,000,000 m2 complex comprising a number of independent resorts, each with its own, unique character. Condado de Alhama has one championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus which is now open, with another two planned in the near future. There are 20+ other golf courses within a 30 minute drive including the other "Jack Nicklaus" Polaris World resorts.

Within the resort there are floodlit tennis courts, squash courts, gym, basketball and football area. The Al Kazar town centre which hosts a theme bar, restaurants, large supermarket and shops is a 2 minute walk away. The Condado Club Sports centre which hosts a bar, cafe, sports facilites and childrens area and puts on regular entertainment is a 5 minute walk away. During the summer months there a regular fiestas and a weekly market on the resort. There is a also a big market every Sunday morning at nearby Mazaron and many more in the surrounding areas.

- Most budget airlines including Easyjet and Ryanair fly into San Javier (Murcia) and Alicante airports from the UK and Europe.

- The resort is easy to find from San Javier (40 mins), Alicante (75 mins) airports. The new Covera international airport due to open this summer is just 15 minutes away

We stayed at Condado last summer for 2 weeks, the apartment was stunning and the resort was bustling but not to crowded. There was a fiesta and big market on the saturday that was fantastic and my husband played golf several times and said it was one of the best and most challenging courses he's played. We visited Mazaron several times and was very impressed by the marina and beach, the bars and restaurants on the marina and beach promenade were very nice and reasonably priced. Look forward to coming out again soon
