About the home

This south facing 1st floor apartment with balcony and large roof terrace with lovely uninterrupted views is located in a modern golf complex. The complex is split into "gardens" or "jardines", each with their own pool, tree-lined pedestrian walkway, grass area and children's play area.

The complex also has sporting and shopping amenities a short walk from the apartment, making it ideal for family holidays and golfing breaks.There is an allocated car parking space at the property.

A beautifully furnished 1st Floor 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom apartment with roof terrace and balcony, located in Polarisworld's new Resort of Condado de Alhama.
BEDROOM 1:- With two single beds that can be zipped together to make a double bed. There is also a large fitted wardrobe; chest of drawers; bedside cabinet; and air conditioning.
BEDROOM 2:- With two single beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinet and air conditioning.
• Bed linen is provided and can be changed for stays of longer than a week at an additional charge, if required
KITCHEN:- There is a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster, washing machine, clothes airer, iron/ironing board and modern cookware & kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM:- Toilet, bidet, bath with shower and shower screen.
• All towels are provided.
LIVING AREA:- The living area is open plan with the kitchen and has a leather suite, coffee table, entertainment unit with large flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player, and i-pod speakers. An X-box game station with games, card games and DVDs are also available for your use.

OUTDOOR AREA:- There is a patio table and two chairs on the front balcony. The large roof sun terrace is well equipped with a BBQ, outdoor dining table and chairs,outdoor sofa,armchairs and coffee table, sun loungers and a large retractable sun canopy.
• A private car-parking space is also available.
• The apartment is also equipped with beach towels, two fold up sun loungers for taking to the beach and a cool bag with ice packs. There are two sets of golf clubs, tennis raquets and squash raquets for guests use.

• This new Polarisworld community at "Condado de Alhama" has an 18 hole championship golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, . There are numerous other golf courses within a short drive of the complex, including the famous Polarisworld “Nicklaus Golf Trail” made up of 7 quality golf courses.
• The "Al Kasar" shopping and restaurant complex boasts a supermarket and the Clover Bar, a restaurant, and Golf Professional Shop. The complex is in the early stages of development and many more bars, restaurants and shops are planned. The golf club house will be situated in Al Kasar temporarily until the building of main clubhouse is completed.
• Indoor Gym, Tennis, squash, paddle tennis and basketball courts are available on the complex.
• 3 grass football pitches are also available at "Al Kasar" complex.

There are tennis and squash racquet's and two sets of golf clubs at the apartment for customer use.

The Murcia region

Costa Calida - Murcia Region - There are fantastic beaches along the Costa Calida and Mar Menor, the nearest being Puerto Mazzaron & Bolnuevo beaches, 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Visit the sandy beaches of Los Alcazares and San Javiers with their seaside cafés, bars and restaurants and stroll along the coastal wakways. A trip to the La Manga peninsular brings spectacular views over the inland sea of "Mar Menor" which is popular for water sports and the famous "La Manga" championship golf course

The nearby traditional Spanish towns of Mazzeron, Alhama De Murcia and Totana where you can shop at the markets and try out the café bars and restaurants, are all within a 15 minute drive.

The cities of Murcia and Cartagena provide excellent shopping in the large "Centros Comerciales" on the edge of town and also in the busy city centres.

The Condado de Alhama / Jardines de Alhama area

Condado de Alhama has a championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus which opened earlier this year . There are 20+ other golf courses within a 30 minute drive including the "Jack Nicklaus" Polarisworld trail. 6 golf courses all designed by Jack Nicklaus, located at Polarisworld resorts.

The complex also has an floodlit tennis courts, squash courts, basketball/football area with a snackbar.

The recently openend "Al Kasar" complex is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and currently has a supermarket, 'Clover' Irish Bar, Italian restaurant, as well as sporting facilities including full size grass football pitches. To coincide with the opening of the golf course, a golf driving range is available and the Golf Clubrooms (19th hole) will be opening in the 'Al Kasar' complex.

A must day out is a trip up the Sierra Espuna mountain which dominates the landscape. Sierra Espuna is higher than Ben Nevis and you can drive up to viewing points almost 5000 feet up the mountain and take in the fantastic views over the surrounding area. Take a picnic with you and stop at the purpose built picnic areas and go for a walk in the hill forests exploring the beautiful Spanish country side. There are also cycling and quad biking facilities run by a nearby hotel.

There are two other local golf courses at Campasol and Saladillo, which are 5 minute journeys by car and the beautifully crafted championship course at "Hacienda de Alamo" is a 20 minute journey by car and worth a round. Look out for the special seasonal golf deals and green fees.
