3 bedroom luxury apartment on a developing 5 star resort for those seeking a holiday with all the mod cons. Will suit the golfing enthusiast as well as couples or families.

The apartment is only a 2 minute walk from the main clubhouse, where the restaurants serve up excellent local delights and have a very welcoming atmosphere for those who are dining or just having drinks at the clubhouse.

Our air conditioned apartment has all the necessary equipment to make your stay a comfortable one. The situation of the resort is also perfect for those who are adventurous and like to explore by car. Places to see include Mazzaron for secluded and busy beaches and the amazing Mar Menor and La Manga. Sierra Espuna, Murcia City, Totana and Lorca to name a few.

The apartment directly overlooks the pool which never gets overcrowded, after sunbathing in the garden it is only a 30 seconds walk to cool off in the pool. The pool has jacuzzi jets that are turned on during the day time and ample space around for sunbathing. There is also showers to rinse down with before and / or after your dip.

So relax back and enjoy the beautiful climate, bathe in the sun all day in beautifully manicured gardens and surrounded by the soon to be completed golf courses out in the countryside amongst the local vineyards and olive and orange groves this beautiful resort is truly ideal for a vacation.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The Costa Calida is situated in the South Eastern corner of Spain within the region of Murcia. The picturesque coastline stretches for 170km from La Manga in the North to Aguilas in the South. The beautiful Murcian coastline attracts sun worshippers and enthusiasts of all things nautical.

The region benefits from the mild Mediterranean climate with at least 315 days of sunshine, an amazing 2,800 hours of sun each year with hot summers and extremely mild winters, perfect for both summer holidays and escaping the cold winter´s in Northern Europe. Cartagena an ancient city with more than 2,500 years of history from the Carthaginians and Romans to the present day has many areas of touristic interest.

To the south you will find spectacular unspoilt coastline as you head towards Puerto De Mazarron and beyond with lovely villages such as La Azohia with its sandy beaches. Mazarron a town with a heritage of mining and seafaring and the nearby Puerto De Mazarron is a very popular resort with superb beaches, an abundance of water activities and an active nightlife. Bolneuvo to the south you can see the peculiar rock formations, the Puntas de Calnegre Natural Park and many gorgeous beaches and hidden coves.

Condado de Alhama area

The apartment is set in a beautiful garden setting with its own communal pool. It is a 2 minute walk from the Main Clubhouse. The sports complex with tennis, paddle tennis and basketball courts, as well as a football pitch is only a short walk away. Alongside the sports area is a shopping centre, with supermarket. The Signature Jack Nicklaus golf course should be playable by Summer 2009. A short drive away is Puerto de Mazarron. Here there are beaches and a marina with water sport activities.

- Valencia - about 2.5 hours.
- San Javier International Airport - about 45 minutes
- Alicante International Airport - about 90 minutes

A deposit of 20% is required at time of booking and is accepted as part payment of the final amount. The balance must be paid FOUR weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
For bookings received within FOUR weeks of your holiday start date, the full payment, and damage deposit charges is due at the time of booking.

• Fly to Murcia Airport - Condado De Alhama is approximately 30 km from the airport
• Cheap flights are available from Easyjet www.easyjet.co.uk from many mainland UK airports.
BMI Baby (www.bmibaby.com also fly into Murcia from Birmingham and Cardif. Ryanair www.ryanair.com also fly in to Murcia airport from most UK airports as well as Glasgow, Dublin, and Shannon.

• There are always local taxis available - but be wary as they may try to overcharge tourists.

The modern apartment comprises of an open plan Lounge dining room and kitchen complete with all the requirements of a self catering vacation including a cooker with oven, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave to name a few.

The living room is equipped with a comfortable contemporary furnishings to relax in. a flat screen TV with DVD.
You will also find a docking station for the i pod so you can listen to your own music. The main bedroom and the two twin bedrooms have ample size wardrobes and are tastefully decorated for your comfort. The bathroom has both bath and shower and completed with toilet wash basin and bidet. Bed linen is provided.

The apartment is secure, manned with security 24 hours a day within a walled and gated complex. The pool is fenced and gated for health and safety reasons. From the garden you can see the sun rise and watch the most amazing sun sets.

Further details outdoors:
Golf: will be playable from the end of December 2009 or even earlier. There will be three quality golf courses on this resort all designed by the great Jack Nicklaus, when fully completed it is rumored these will host some of the big world ranking tournaments in the near future.

Local Beaches: Puerto De Mazarron, Bolnuevo, Isla Plana, these beaches are without doubt the most delightful in the area with bars and restaurants on the beach.

An information book is available in the apartment with details of places to visit including beaches, historical places and favourite restaurants and bars that we/our guests have visited.
Externally: The resort has a sports area and sports bar which is a short drive away. Facilities at the sports area include tennis and paddle tennis, basketball and a football pitch.

A £150 deposit is required to reserve your booking this will be transferred to your Breakage deposit when the apartment is paid for in full 4 weeks prior to your stay

The 150 breakage deposit is to be refunded within 1-2 weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Please Note: Payment made via credit Card will result in a 3% levy charged by the bank and unfortunately we have to pass on this charge to the customer.
