About the home

The apartment has a fantastic proximity to ALL amenities - overlooking the Jardine and swimming pool and close to the Jack Nicklaus Signature 18 hole golf course. A few meters away is the communal swimming pool, including a children’s pool, and play area.

The floodlit tennis, squash, basketball & football courts, supermarket and town centre with it's bars and restaurants are a few minutes' walk away. Enjoy the sun all day and dine on your own private terrace. The Jack Nicklaus designed Signature golf course opened in December 2009 and is the highlight for golfers in the Murcia region and the best of the Nicklaus Golf Trail courses.

Superb south facing terrace that affords day long sunshine right up until the sun dips below the distant horizon. The terrace leads onto the private garden and looks out to the Jardine view - stunning!

Known as the "Warm Coast", the Murcia Region shoreline runs just over 250 km and is shared by two seas: the Minor Sea (Mar Menor) and the Mediterranean. Areas of ecological interest are also found, such as the San Pedro del Pinatar salt flats and the Calblanque Natural Park. Reservoirs, rivers and two natural parks make the Murcia Region a clean and highly appealing area for tourism.

The Condado de Alhama / Naranjos de Alhama area
