The apartment is located in a convenient location just a few minutes walk to the supermarket, sports facilities and bar / restaurants. Step outside the front terrace and you have a superb family shared garden and swimming pool, with separate children's pool. Inside you will find a wonderfully furnished property with the added bonus of a small games room to keep the children amused when not in the hot sun.
The West facing property benefits from all day and evening sunshine,sports a large front terrace with large table and six chairs so that you can dine in comfort at the end of a long days sunbathing. The terrace also has an awning to keep it shaded,if need be, during the hottest part of the day.
Only a short drive to the coast will allow you to get to the beach for numerous watersports, bars and restaurants.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Known as the "Warm Coast", the Murcia Region shoreline runs just over 250 km and is shared by two seas: the Minor Sea (Mar Menor) and the Mediterranean.
