About the home

The apartment is located in a convenient location just a few minutes walk to the supermarket, sports facilities and bar / restaurants. Step outside the front terrace and you have a superb family shared garden and swimming pool, with separate children's pool. Inside you will find a wonderfully furnished property with the added bonus of a small games room to keep the children amused when not in the hot sun.

The West facing property benefits from all day and evening sunshine,sports a large front terrace with large table and six chairs so that you can dine in comfort at the end of a long days sunbathing. The terrace also has an awning to keep it shaded, if need be, during the hottest part of the day.

There are buses that run several times daily from the resort to the towns of Mazarron (with fantastic beaches), Alhama de Murcia and the capital of the region Murcia.

Only a short drive to the coast will allow you to get to the beach for numerous watersports, further bars and restaurants.

A large chaise style leather sofa with expandable seating allowing you to relax with your feet up watching the wall mounted 32" flat screen TV with UK TV. Two leather footstools that conveniently flip to create side tables for drinks and inside some games for all the family. Air-conditioning installed for cold and warm air.

A superb oval shaped, glass, gate leg table with 4 modern leather chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the home comforts you would expect from leading brands.

Bedroom One
Luxury solid teak bedroom furniture consisting of double bed & headboard, two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, mirror and a set of large fitted wardrobes. Inside the wardrobes are hanging rails with wooden hangers and a further set of drawers for storage. Large patio doors, framed in colourful voiles lead to an East facing terrace for morning sunshine. Air-conditioning installed for cold and warm air.

Bedroom Two
Luxury solid beech bedroom furniture consisting of two single beds & headboards, one bedside table with lamp, mirror and large fitted wardrobes. Inside the wardrobes are a hanging rail with wooden hangers and a further set of drawers for storage. The dressed window over looks the East facing terrace. Air-conditioning installed for cold and warm air.

Bedroom Three
Bright and funky 3rd bedroom come play room. Bright double futon sofa bed with chalk/white board for drawing, 19" flat screen wall mounted TV for connection with a games console (not supplied), various toys and games for use. Large fitted wardrobes for storage with hanging rail and wooden hangers. Bright window overlooks the West facing front terrace. this room benefits from a ceiling fan and shuttered window blinds to keep it cool.

Bathroom
A fully equipped bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, bidet, wash hand basin with large mirror over, towel hooks and extractor fan.

Superb West facing front terrace with 20sqm pergola that affords day long sunshine right up until the sun dips below the distant horizon.

The terrace leads onto the communal garden that includes a large swimming pool, separate children's pool and children's play area.

The terrace has a large black glazed dining table with 6 padded, reclining chairs, 2.7m parasol for shade and for further shade there is sail shaped awning.

The back terrace that leads off bedroom one has a small table and chairs for early morning breakfasting - this terrace is private.

The Murcia region
