Over looking one of the many communal pools and grassed gardens with children's play area, this apartment suits not only families but also golfers as this has views of one of the golf courses on this complex, due to open for play May 2009.
Walking distance to all amenities & various sports courts. With everything at hand, it's not necessary to leave the resort, however, there are various small Spanish towns close by. Alhama de Murcia, Mazarron & Totana are all only a 10 minute drive away.
Various sandy beaches can be found only 20 minutes away, in the Port of Mazarron.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Costa Calida, which translates as the "warm coast", boasts over 320 days of sunshine per year, with temperatures ranging between 18C & 38C during the summer months & 12C to 22C during the winter.
Set in the south-east of Spain, the Costa Calida is home to approx 150 unspoilt beaches, coves, mountains & beautiful countryside.
Condado de Alhama area
Condado de Alhama the largest of the Polaris World Resorts, with a variety of apartments, villas & houses. Close to the motorway, making it very accessible.
The resort is a gated community, with security on the entrances, and with regular patrols throughout the day & night. The drive to the entrance gates benefits long very well lit tree lined avenues, beautiful at night!
Once inside, there are jardines (gardens) surrounded by apartments, no more than 2 storey high, with each jardin having its own communal pool, garden and play area, although you are free to use any of the pools around. The views are stunning, not only the pool & golf course, but also of the surrounding countryside & mountains.
The closest town is Alhama de Murcia. Historically a spa town, with ruins & exhibits of the ancient spa in the museum. Alhama de Murcia holds a weekly market on Tuesdays & boasts an abundance of shops,bars & restaurants, all very Spanish. Travelling further through Alhama will bring you to the Sierra Espuña. A beautiful National Park with spectacular views & walks & plenty of wild life including the odd wild boar!
Also 10 minutes away is the historic town of Mazarrón, again a typical Spanish town hosting not only supermarkets & restaurants but also a medical centre, pharmacy, police station & a weekly market. Just along from Mazarrón is the Port of Mazarrón with various sandy beaches, two marinas & plenty of night-life!

Murcia (San Javier) Airport is 45 mins by car. Alicante Airport is 1hr 15 mins by car.
Numerous budget airlines (easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2 etc) fly to both airports from many parts of the UK.
Car rentals (such as Hertz, Avis, Europcar and many others) are available from both airports.
