About the home

The apartment is located in a quiet and safe Resort. It is ideal for families and golfers.
And its excellent for a relaxing family holiday.
Jack Nicklaus designed golf course on site, Large swimming pool in centre of gardens , fantastic for relaxing in the sun , reading a book or chatting to other holidaymakers. Make no mistake , this is not a crowded Benidorm type resort, its much more of a laid back location ,where you set the pace, relax by the pool, play golf , tennis, football or just chill with a book. Child safe , private security patrols on the resort, gated entry. A fantastic place to come back to time after time.

The apartment is fully furnished with 2 double room and 1 twin bedroom. The apartment has a bathroom, kitchen and lounge. All brand new furniture and fixtures, Absolutely immaculate and ready to arrive , unpack and enjoy. It enjoys a ground floor location , near enough to the pool to be handy,( 100 mts away), but far enough away to be tranquil. No steep hills to climb , the resort is all flat and suitable for wheelchair users, . All in all a fantastic , value for money apartment.

A private front garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ and a private rear terrace. The apartment is set within beautifully kept communal gardens which include a swimming pool and childrens play area with swings and a slide and is ideal for families and golfers. It is a ten minute walk to all the local amenities including the town centre with it's tapas and Italian restaurants, sports bar, supermarket and Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole championship golf course.
