This beautiful apartment is available to rent throughout the year offering luxury accommodation. Condado de Alhama is one of Polaris worlds 5 star resorts in the region of Alhama de Murcia. Polaris have created their best resort yet. The greenery around the golf courses will occupy over a third of the total area of the development meaning you will be living in the middle of a huge garden.

The complex is close to the stunning Puerto de Mazarron boasting beautiful beaches and coves near the port of Cartagena which is a spectacular Mediterranean port.

Both bedrooms are light, airy and furnished to a high standard. They both comprise of twin single beds and spacious fitted wardrobes. There is a bedside table with lamp in the first bedroom and a stylish draw unit in the other. The rooms have co-ordinating bed linen provided. There is also a hair dryer for your convenience.

Solarium/roof terrace
A spacious roof terrace which entices you to enjoy life in the open air and enjoy the regions 300 days a year of sunshine. Perfect for relaxing during the day and entertaining in the evening.

It is renown for its extensive shopping and five star cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy the many different cuisines.

The city's must see sight is undoubtedly the Cathedral which is magnificent. The Cathedral is in Belluga Square with its tower standing at 92 metres. Inside you will find an array of spectacular pieces of art which will take your breath away.

The Condado de Alhama / Jardines de Alhama area

Alhama de Murcia is a traditional Spanish town that is only a ten minute drive from the resort. The town is nestled at the foot of the Sierra Espuna mountains. The town offers a market selling local produce every Tuesday.

A visit to the Roman Baths are recommended. From there you can also enjoy the castle and the St. Lazarus Church. There is a also a museum and adjacent gardens where visitors will see the running water.

“Fantastic apartment with great facilities” Thank you very much for letting us stay at this beautiful apartment, we had a fantastic time. The apartment had everything that we needed and even more with loads of extras for young children which was very handy for us and our young daughter. We will recommend this apartment to friends. We are hopeful to be back there again in the near future. Thank you
