About the home

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard. It has all the mod cons you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Set in private surroundings, with 24/7 security on the entrance gates for your safety and peace of mind. There are play areas outside the apartment with ample space to run around in the pretty communal gardens. There is also a very inviting shared pool just a few seconds walk from the front door.

Just a few minutes walk from the apartment you will find a Sports centre with a bar/restaurant. The centre offers gym facilities as well as tennis, paddle tennis, squash, basketball and football. The Foro (town centre) is a 10 minute walk away and boasts a huge, extremely well stocked and competitively priced supermarket. There is also a choice of bars and restaurants. The golf club house and shop is also in The Foro, all in a very tranquil setting.

Conditions

A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due four weeks prior to the start of your holiday. For bookings received within four weeks of your holiday, full payment is due at the time of booking.

A damage deposit fee of £150 is required at the time or your final payment. This will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your return upon inspection of the apartment. Payment by a bank transfer GBP or Euros.

The Murcia region

The Costa Calida (warm coast) has an average temperature of 21 degrees and 300 days of sunshine per year. It is the perfect base to explore the unspoilt surrounding areas and sample the fantastic local foods and wine. With the 250kms of coastline there is always another sandy cove to retreat to or you can experience the only interior sea in Europe with the medicinal, warm gentle waters of the Mar Menor. The "Sierra Espuna" national park is a 10 minute drive away, this is an area of unspoilt natural beauty, very popular with walkers/hikers and has stunning scenery & views. Alhama is a typical spanish town at the foot of this national park where you can sample the Spanish way of life and experiment with the local foods and wine. Mazarron is a 15/20 minute drive away and has wonderful unspoilt beaches. There is also a marina at "Puerta de Mazarron" with many boats for those of a nautical disposition. There are many superb bars and restaurants, some of course specialising in sea foods. Water sports are available if you feel energetic or just laze on the palm fringged beach. Bolnuevo is just south of Mazarron, with its amazing rock formations and lazy beach life. Two of the more famous historical towns in the area are Lorca and the 2,500 year old ancient port of Cartagena.

The Condado de Alhama / Jardines de Alhama area

Condado de Alhama is a 40 minute drive from San Javier/Murcia airport. This is the biggest and newest of all the Polaris World resorts. It is said to be the most important with not 1 but 3 Jack Nicklaus courses planned. The first, his "signature course" is now open and is said to be an extremely brilliant course. Jardines de Alhama is a great location to enjoy either a relaxing or adventurous holiday. Located in beautiful private gated surroundings it is all about privacy, relaxation and convenience as well as being close to local amenities, fantastic beaches and local attractions.

“Fantastic apartment!! Great holiday! Complex will be great once completed!” My boyfriend and I stayed here in August 2010 for a 10 day stay!
