There is a large outdoor swimming pool is 20 steps away. Close enough to enjoy the benefit of keeping a close eye on the kids. It is a perfect setting for couples, families and golfers alike. The whole complex is developed around the challenging Jack Nicklaus designed, PGA standard golf course, reputed to be one of the best in southern Spain.

The apartment is furnished to a luxury standard with all modern facilities. Air-conditioning is provided in the lounge/dining room and in both bedrooms. Towels and bed-linen are provided and all cleaning and meet & greet costs are included in the cost of the rental.

There are buses that run several times daily from the resort to the towns of Mazarron (with fantastic beaches), Alhama de Murcia and the capital of the region Murcia.

Lounge / Dining Room

The lounge/dining room is fitted with a luxury and very comfortable sofa, dining table and 4 chairs, 32" LCD flat screen TV, UK TV, and DVD player. The window offers stunning views from the elevated position of the Jardine, pool area and the distant hills. There are a selection of books and DVDs for you to use or you can simply relax, unwind and watch the world go by.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences including an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board and microwave, as well as an excellent range of all the necessary cooking utensils for those who wish to prepare some tapas. There is a washing machine also allowing you to travel more lightly.

Bedrooms

Both bedrooms are air conditioned – essential for a comfortable night's sleep, with ample fitted wardrobe and drawer space as well as bedside cabinets. All bed-linen is provided and a quality hair dryer, so no need to bring your own! Both bedrooms have twin beds.

Bathroom

The luxury modern bathroom has a bath/shower, WC, sink and bidet.

The property boasts two outdoor areas. The front terrace overlooks the pool and Jardine and is equipped with a small table and chairs. This is ideal for a relaxing al-fresco breakfast and it's also a good place to just sit and watch the world go by in the Jardine below.

The solarium has an area of over 50sqm and there is a Pergola with awning shade to keep the sun off and curtains to keep the breeze at bay. A sofa and easy chairs are there for you to relax and enjoy a drink at the end of the day.

Sun loungers complete the solarium giving you the chance to drift off in the heat of the warming sun.
