Located above the picturesque village of Conca dei Marini (halfway between Amalfi and Positano), Villa L'approdo has a renovated villa and it offers breathtakingly lovely views of the famous Amalfi Coast. As with most of the houses in the region, Mille e una Notte is on multiple levels, in this case three. The swimming pool and a covered terrace with a dining table and plenty of space for sun loungers occupy a level below the main house.

Here and in the solarium above you can laze away those sunny days in complete relax and quite, sunbathing and sampling the local culinary delights. The house itself is fully modernized and lacks nothing in terms of comfort and amenities.

On the same level of the swimming pool there is a double bedroom with a shower/bathroom en suite. Another external unit on the same level of the solarium terrace overlooking the swimming pool comes with air conditioning, welcoming another double bedroom and a shower bathroom en suite.

Villa Mille e una Notte is a great luxury solution for travellers wanting to experience an exclusive holiday on the Amalfi coast in a relaxed location, yet with shops and restaurants within walking distance and close to the liveliest areas of the coast, Amalfi and Positano.

Villa is perfect for 8 adults and maximum 2 children.

Access to the property is by means of 150 steps up from the nearest

street.

The lowest level: Access is through the swimming pool area, 10 steps

leading to the middle level.

The middle level: Crossing the lawn in front of the main house, the entrance is to the right. To the left of the villa's entrance there is a small laundry corner. To the right upon entering is the dining room with French windows which leads onto a small balcony, followed by the fully equipped kitchen. Further on is the living room with TV. From there a door leads to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. To the right of the living room is another double bedroom with outside balcony and external bathroom (washbasin, bidet, and toilet).

The top level: From the living room a stairway takes you to a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. This bedroom opens onto a large shaded terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. An external stairway takes you from this terrace down to the lower level and lawn. The Villa is provided with an air conditioning system.

Extra Euros: 250.00 per week final cleaning, linen, internet connection, porterage (only 5 luggage to go up and down),

    I am very sorry to read your review .. I spoke now with Serafina, and told me that the dishwasher works fine and Housekeeper used it as soon as you leave the villa to wash all the dishes that you have left in the kitchen. Above the fridge there are instructions for using the appliances. Furthermore, Why you don't contac us if dishwasher or air conditioning not working? We would have definitely fixed the problem immediatly! He also told me that you have paid exactly 110 euro for the electricity (97 pounds) not 200! the rest that you paid (30 euro) are for the beer and wine that you consumed spontaneously there is, infact, possibility to buy wine or bear directly in Villa. Also the pool is not heated and is not written anywhere. The outdoor pool temperature is the same in each villa in Costiera if its not heated and not depend on my villa so as the rest of your review is just one thing that penalizes the villa. The steps are 160 and this is something that is written. Many home for the conformation of the territory have steps, obviously it is not possible for a person with mobility problems. Many turist with children come in villa before you and they don't say me never that. I think you do not like the Amalfi coast in general. Traffic, cars and people in buses, are not a problem that I can foresee. In high season it is possible that there are many people and cars. Serafina told me that you went away happy and that everyone had given a positive feedback. The review for the villas is an important thing and I'm sorry to read something that will harm my job. best regards
