This Beautiful Villa in the Compostela Beach Complex,
It has Four bedrooms with one of the Bedrooms has a alcove which is just right for a cot / child's bed (which we can supply), also the top Bedroom has a En-suite Bathroom. The Villa also has Two other Bathrooms.

The Compostela Beach Complex is set between Los Cristianos & Las Americas, in Tenerife.
The villa can sleep 8 persons, the huge lounge has a 32’’ TV with Sky TV (with 20 Channels) a DVD.
The kitchen has washing machine, dish washer i.e. iron, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, coffee Marker, etc.

A walled garden with tropical plants surround a paved area, with sun lounges, sofa, table and chairs on the terrace with a gazebo at the bottom of the garden.
The Villa is Next Door to 2 more of Our Villa, V9 & V10.

The Tenerife region

The Compostela Beach Complex
Is Situated on a elbow of land on the border of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, and has a
3 Key Status. The Playa Las Vistas Beach is by the side of the Complex. The complex has a large fresh water swimming pool with a smaller separate Child's Pool, Two Restaurants,
Snack-Bar & 2 Supermarkets. The access to the beach of "Playa Las Vistas Beach" is beside
the complex and also less than 100 metres away we have another Two further Beaches.

Compostela area

The popular town of Los Cristianos is the second largest holiday resort in the south
of Tenerife, the largest being its next door neighbour Playa de Las Americas.
Despite their close proximity to one another there is a distinct difference in the
atmosphere of the two, especially at night. One of the main differences you will
notice is that in Los Cristianos, unlike in Las Americas, the town has a history
predating its transformation into a tourist resort. Prior to undergoing major
development in recent years, Los Cristianos existed as a small fishing village.

How to get there

Fly to Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia) Los Cristainos is just 15 km from the airport.
Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk , www.cheapestflights.co.uk etc.
Car hire available from www.nivacars.co.uk.
Local buses run regularly between the airport and the town.
There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 25 euros.

These Prices are price per Week FROM,
£950 = 1/6 PEOPLE & £1000 = 7/8 PEOPLE Per Week.
£1600 per Week upto 8 people (Xmas / New Year) (Min 2 Weeks)
(There is Also a £400 Holding Deposit on this Villa, which will be returned to you at the end of you holiday. This deposit is for excess cleaning and/or damage to the furnishings)

Conditions

Payment Terms - Booking Deposit and Balance
For bookings made more than 8 weeks before arrival, a Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) for the Deposit of (£150 per Week for the Villa’s) or (3rd of the Full Cost) Which is Greater, should be sent to us,
along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Upon receipt of this, a confirmation of your booking will be sent to you.
You will receive the invoice for the Remainder of the Balance & a Payment Plan if requested.
This final balance should be settled in full by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%) by the due date.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking when payment is not received by the due date.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, the total amount is due immediately & should be sent to us,along with our fully completed and signed Booking Form. Confirmation of payment will be sent by return. Provisional telephone bookings are held for a short time, pending receipt of the due Deposit (or full balance if within 8 weeks of arrival) and the fully completed and signed Booking Form.
A confirmation of your booking will be sent by return post.
Breakage's (On all Rentals) & Excess Cleaning Deposit (On the Villa’s Only)
A Breakage's / Excess Cleaning Deposit of at Least £400.00 on this Villa is payable by Cheque or Debit Card / Credit Card (+2%)
and due at the same time as the final balance before your arrival.
The hirer is expected to leave the accommodation as found on arrival, and either to replace any losses or breakage's or pay the cost of replacement. The hirer is also liable for the cost of any Damage done to the Property, and any Excess Cleaning charges should the property
not be left as found on arrival. Deposit refund via Cheque or via your Debit/Credit Card less any deduction. (Please Contact on Return)
A Deduction will be made from your Deposit if your Lose your Key and have to Call Out your Agent Between 6pm & 10am. (30€)
Arrivals and Departures
The Keys for the Villa’s & Apartments are available on arrival between 2:00 & 3.00pm, & must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Please leave your Villa’s & Apartments clean & tidy on departure.
Please leave your Keys in the Apartment, Villa, or at the Complex Reception.
Holiday Cancellation
Registered post or recorded delivery letter must be sent as written notice of cancellation.
In all cases the Deposit is non-returnable.
Cancellation is more than 8 Weeks before Departure, We will refund Monies less 30% of Total Rental.
Cancellation is less than 8 Weeks before Departure, We will refund Monies less 50% of Total Rental.
Cancellation is less than 6 Weeks before Departure, We cannot refund Monies Paid, 100% of Total Rental.
Our On-Site Agents
Our Management Agent are there to help you during your Stay, If you need their services our Management Agents must be given ample time to investigate to remedy Any situation that may arise during your stay. Please report any faults to your Agent as ASAP. (Not once you get Home) We are Agents for some of the Properties we advertise, so any Complaints about the Make-up of the Apartment or Villa shall be between you The Clients and the individual owners of each apartment or Villa, Our Agent On-site is there to Help you with any Problems you may have.
Use of the Swimming Pool
The Swimming Pools are unsupervised. Use of the swimming pool is subject to acknowledgement of the Swimming Pool Safety Board
on the side of the Pool and S.I.H’s are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors or damage to their Property.

>Complex Security will Evict any Persons who cause any Trouble or make to much Noise (at Night). (You have been Warned)
>Without prior agreement, only the members of your party as shown on the
Booking Form may occupy the Villa’s and Apartments.
>The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the
Immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions,
Or for any conduct detrimental to the property or to the comfort of other guests,
Or Persons not on your Booking Form.
>The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking, and to cancel any booking made in the unlikely
event of the property becoming unavailable through natural causes (such as flood, fire etc.)
Or any event outside our control, subject to a full refund of all Moines paid.
>The proprietor can-not Promise a Particular Apartment in the Torres Del Sol,
We can only Request were you would like to be in the Complex. (Sometimes this is not always Possible)
>The proprietors are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors or damage to their Property during
their stay & Work outside the boundaries of the accommodation is beyond our control.

All problems must be directed to your local agents in Tenerife During your stay.

In all circumstances, our Management Agents must be given ample opportunity to investigate to remedy any situation that may arise
during your stay. Work outside the boundaries of the accommodation is beyond our control. There may
be occasions where an advertised facility is either modified or not available. Such situations may be dictated by local circumstances, maintenance, weather conditions, power cuts etc. Should circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your booking,
we will try to make alternative arrangements or offer a refund.
Due to Spanish Law
They must be a Person the age of 18 and over in each Apartment or Villa.

Guestbook for Compostela Beach

Our first visit to Tenerife and our first ever Xmas/winter holiday.On arrival we were impressed with the efficient airport taxi service and arrived in Los Christianos in no time (cost 20 euros incl. tip).Our 2nd floor one bed apt was clean,modern and well equipped with a nice balcony and sun terrace on the roof.Being a private residential complex the El Mirador is very quiet. There is a nice small pool and huge sun terraces but no sun beds and the pool bar has closed due to lack of use (it is now a restaurant opening only in the evenings).The main resort centre is a pleasant 15 min stroll although there are plenty of bars etc in the vicinity.Los Christianos has a laid back, friendly atmosphere with lots of lovely restaurants and bars (Little Italy highly recommended!),lovely beaches and friendly locals(lots of 'lookie lookie' men too unfortunately!).Prices on the whole were very reasonable.

A really enjoyable Xmas holiday.We would certainly go back.
