The pretty white village of Canillas de Albaida nestles in the Sierra Tejada moutains. Village amenities includes a choice of supermarkets, bars and restaurants, in addition to a local Pharmacy, Bank and swimming pool. Through the vineyards, orange and lemon groves can be found the larger village of Competa which has a further range of amenities.
The house provides an idea location to explore the stunning country side, mountains and the nearby coast of the Costa del Sol.

Ground floor bathroom with full sized bath and combined shower, wash basin and vanity unity, and WC, furnished in traditional style.
Second floor spacious open plan living space with dining area, lounge area and kitchen. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with all mod cons. The lounge has two comfortable sofas, and is equipped with satellite TV and i-pod docking station and the dining area seats 4 comfortably. The 2nd WC and washroom is also located on this floor.
Third floor host a bedroom with double bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers with ample storage.
Fans and oil filled radiators are also available in the house.

The roof terrace is accessed from the third floor and has a range of contemporary furniture which includes table and 4 chairs, large parasol and deck chairs.
The roof terrace has wonderful views down the valley to the sea and also to the village. The house itself is located in a typical narrow village street with parking to the road 10 meters away.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with each booking which will be returned within two weeks after departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
A 25% deposit is required with each booking and payment in full is due 6 weeks before the departure date.

The Andalucia / Malaga Province region


Although set in a peaceful rural village, the beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol, for example Nerja, are within 25 minutes drive of this property. Here you can take advantage of the many leisure activities including sailing, diving, and water skiing. The city of Malaga is within one hours drive or can be reached using the local bus service. The cathedral and the Picasso Museum are within walking distance of the bus terminus as are many boutique shops and street side cafes. The stunning city of Granada is within a two hour drive of the village.
The Competa / Canillas de Albaida area
Surrounded by mountains and spectacular scenery, Canillas and Competa are traditional Moorish villages, with lots of charm and character, stroll around the narrow streets in the villages past the old houses with their flower filled balconies and visit the tradiitional Plaza's where you can watch the 'world go by' whilst enjoying a drink or tapas.

Walking with lots of established trails for all levels just step out of the door
Wine Museum at Competa 5 minutes drive

To the village of Canillas De Albeida from the Airport follow the signs for Malaga as opposed to Cadiz. Once on the Malaga road follow the sign for Almeria and Nerja E15 and N340 are the same route after a while the road splits for Granada but keep on the Almeria route After Velez-Malaga turn off at junction for Algarrobo (exit 277) and take 3rd exit at roundabout, onto the A7206 heading to Competa / Canillas de Albaida. Follow the road for 12 Km passing through the villages of Algarrobo and Sayalonga to arrive at Canillas de Albaida.
