Casa de Cabras is a three bedroom, two bathroom detatched villa set in the beautiful un-spoilt, rugged countryside of Los Valverdes, Sedella, one of the many whitewashed villages of the Axarquia, surrounded by the Sierra Tejada mountain range and Mount Maroma. It has breathtaking views over olive, almond and mango groves. It has its own private south facing swimming pool 10m x 5m with outside terrace/ shower and poolside casita, c/w fridge, sink, t.v.and gas grill. Access to the villa is via a Roman road network, which covers 80% of this area.
There are a variety of outdoor activities ranging from swimming, walking, mountainbiking, horse riding, quad bike trips and archery classes all within half an hours drive of the villa. If you like a round of golf, there is Bavaria Golf, a beautiful golf course on the coast near Torre del Mar. The mountain top village of Comares, is the highest village in the Axarquia,and is about an hours drive, it has panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, well worth a visit.
The city of Granada is placed at the foot of the Sierra Nevada mountains, at an elevation of 738 m above sea level, only an hours drive from the coast. The Alambra is a Moorish palace and is one of the most famous items of Islam history, and makes this city a hotspot among cultural and tourist cities in Spain.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Traditional Spanish agricultural area growing mainly olives, avocados, mangos and almonds, has a very mild winter climate with an average of about 16 deg c, low annual rainfall and over 320 days of sunshine a year. The villages of Canillas de Aceituno and Sedella backs onto the Almijara natural park, which is a walkers dream.

The villages of Sedella and Arenas are only 6 km from the villa, both of which offer a variety of shops, chemists, bars and restaurants, offering various types of food from tapas to full three course meals, Arenas has a bank with cashpoint facilities,The villages are typical Moorish whitewashed design with steep, narrow winding streets, most of them having the village square (plaza) with beautiful churches.
The nearest towns are Velez- Malaga, a traditional Spanish working town, with a lively street market (Thursdays), an indoor hypermarket and an outdoor aqua theme park, and Torre del Mar which has wonderful beaches, and beach chiringhitos offering freshly cooked fish dishes, as well as lots of shops, bars and restaurants.The port of Caleta is right next to Torre del Mar, and has a busy fishing industry aswell as a beautiful marina.The coastal town of Nerja is approx 40 mins from the villa has many fantastic little beached coves as well as the world famous caves , well worth spending a day there
Major towns having lively street markets with a great selection of fresh fruit & vegetables. La vinuela hosts one of the biggest man made lakes in the area, which is about half an hours drive from the villa.

All the budget airlines fly into Malaga, car hire from Malaga airport or collection can be arranged if transport isn't needed .
