A superb property which sleeps 6 in three double bedrooms, one of which has twin beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have en suite facilities and the third bathroom is situated beside the other bedroom.
The open plan living area has a wood burning fire in the corner and two sets of double glazed patio doors opening one of which opens onto the covered porch at the front of the house, the other onto the garden at the front. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/ freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob and oven and microwave.
The exterior of the property is very attractive with flowers shrubs and trees. A gated entrance opens onto the gravel parking area at the side of the house. The swimming pool is situated at the other side of the property and is terraced all around with a shady pergola covered seating area in the corner. There is an outside shower beside the pool.
The swimming pool terrace also has an attractive summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, work surface and fridge, ideal for spending ones time, day or night, relaxing and sunbathing beside the pool, or relaxing with a good book under the shade of the pretty pergola.
While relaxing on the terraces one can enjoy the beautiful views of the impressive Sierras and the surrounding countryside. To help you enjoy the sunny alfresco life style of Spain the property has lots of garden furniture - sun loungers on which to soak up the rays, comfortable chairs to settle into with a good book , and a very attractive wooden dining table and chairs . The property has a spacious interior and is designed to offer maximum privacy with one bedroom which has en suite facilities with shower and bath on one side of the living room while on the other side is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and a twin bedded room with adjoining shower room.
Cots and highchairs available on request.

There is lots of terrace space both open and covered to allow one to take advantage of sun or shade. The pool is at the side of the property and can be accessed directly from two of the bedrooms. There is a variety of good quality garden furniture including 6 sun loungers, attractive wooden table and chairs for outside dining and a comfortable wicker suite for the covered terrace.
Both the swimming pool heat pump and the central heating are extras, charged at 100€ per week each.
Air conditioning is extra, charged at 75 € per week.
A standard security deposit of 150 € will be taken with the second payment and returned within 1 week or 10 days after the end of your holiday once the property has been throughly checked.
The Andalucia region
The beautiful beaches of the Costa del Sol are within 25 minutes drive of this stunning property. Here one can take advantage of the many leisure activities including sailing, diving, and water skiing. The city of Malaga is within one hours drive or can be reached using the local bus service. The cathedral and the Picasso Museum are within walking distance of the bus terminus as are the many attractive shops and large shopping centres.
Cómpeta is a lovely mountain village which keeps pace with modern society without losing its old world charm and identity. Situated on the edge of one of the beautiful Natural Parks of Spain it is a mecca for walkers, artists and those who just wish to escape the daily humdrum of city life to a place where the air is sweet, the people friendly and the sun is shining.

"Beautiful villa in mountains"
We had a good friendly reception on arrival and the villa exceeded our expectations, we were very pleased. The villa was very clean, comfy, warm and when we had a couple of problems ( minor ) they were resolved immediately. We couldn't have asked for more. Well done Competa Properties!

"Fantastic property - superb view"
My husband and I stayed at Casa Venta Real for 2 weeks in September 2011. The house is great, with superb views and located in a very quiet area. The house was extremely clean with a well equipped kitchen, large living area with 3 full bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (including 2 ensuite bathrooms). The area around Competa is very beautiful. The house was so comfortable that we spent most of our time relaxing around the pool, enjoying the beautiful scenery and gorgeous weather. The house is large enough to accommodate at least 2 couples and 2 children. It is equipped with wi-fi internet and cable with english TV channels. We received great service form the rental agency and everything went without a glitch.
