The house is furnished to a good standard and offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people it has 2 bedrooms one en-suite and a separate bathroom off the 2nd bedroom. Competa area
Set in one of the most picturesque areas of the eastern Malaga province is the famous white village of Competa.
Just under 1 hour drive from Malaga airport. Situated in the Axarquia region at the foot of the Sierras Almijara Mountains 700 metres above sea level with glorious views inland and to the Mediteraenean coastline below.
Maintaining a traditional Spanish influence, Competa and its surrounding areas offer a variety of activities all year round, such as walking, trekking and horse riding.
The village itself is a maze of winding streets built into the hillside, with a variety of restaurants, cafe's, and bars. Every Saturday morning there is the local market set in the town's main car park where you can buy fresh produce farmed locally. There are a few supermarkets to offer all your other requirements. In addition to the many shops there are also three banks with cash dispenser facilities.
Within 25 to 30 minutes you can drive to the popular resorts of Nerja, Torrox Costa and Torre del Mar with its very popular water park.

Further details indoors: Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes one has a double bed the other has twin beds. The en suite, has a shower the other bathroom has a full size bath and shower over. The rustic kitchen has a 5 ring gas hob and oven and fridge/ freezer. The lounge/diner is newly furnished with 2 two seater sofas .
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a separate building with washing machine and fridge for ease of access to cold drinks while sunbathing by the pool. The kitchen door opens straight out onto the terrace where there is an outside kitchen area for barbecues and food preparation. New Swimming pool, 8 metres x 4 metres with steps at shallow end. The pool is looked after by our British caretakers. The villa has a gated entrance with a long drive suitable for three or four cars, the property is fully fenced and very private with an established garden having many trees and plants.

Conditions
A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The balance of your rental is required to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit of £100 is also required at this time this will be returned subject to suitable inspection of the property after your departure.
