Home description

Our Villa has three bedrooms (one with king size bed and two with twin beds), two bathrooms (one en-suite), a large open plan lounge, dining room with fireplace and large fully equipped kitchen. The lounge looks out on to the private swimming pool and down to the sea. The covered terrace is the ideal place for outside dining or enjoyng a glass of wine! As this is an all year round holiday destnation, there is a log burning fireplace to enjoy those cooler winter evenings after a day enjoying the sunshine!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Casa de la Montana Tranquila is situated a one hour's drive from Malaga airport.

The region around Competa has an average of 320 days of sunshine per year, even February and November can resemble the best summer days to be found in Northern Europe. July and August are hot (an average of 30 degrees) although being 700 metres above sea level, it is often tempered with a mountain breeze.

Competa, a 10 minute drive from the villa is intrinsically Spanish with its bustling square and excellent restarants.

Nerja, a charming coastal resort is less than a half hour's drive and the beach at Torrox and Torre de Mar can be reached within 20 minutes.

This area is wonderful for walking and horse riding - for those who enjoy the countryside, this is the ideallocation!

Competa has awide range of amenities, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, tourist information office

The beach at Nerja is within a half hour drive and Torre de Mar and Torrox, 20 minutes.

30% deposit on booking and balance payable 6 weeks prior to travel. A £200 breakages deposit (cheque will only be cashed if there are any breakages and therefore should be a separate cheque from the balance payment)
