About the home

This brand new duplex property is conveniently located only minutes from Como is located in a beautiful town with breathtaking panoramic views across the lake. The apartment comes with private parking.

When you enter the apartment you are met with a large bright open-plan kitchen / living room with French doors that lead to two beautiful balconies. The modern fitted kitchen comes with everything you need to create that perfect meal. The living room has a LCD TV, DVD player, Satellite TV and Italian leather sofa bed. The balconies have tables and chairs to make the most of that view. This level has a shower room with toilet, utility room and a large sun terrace, the ideal place to top up your tan or a place for the children to play.

The second floor has two generous bedrooms with a private balcony off the master bedroom for a romantic night cap. When night falls you can retire to the most comfortable beds with crisp white bed linen that will ease all your worries away. Each bedroom has been luxuriously appointed with all that you need for a peaceful night sleep, leaving you refreshed and ready each beautiful morning in this, the most stunning of lakes. The master bedroom has a private balcony where you can have a late night drink soaking up the lights as they dance across the water or a quiet early morning coffee so that you can plan your day’s excursions.
There is a full bathroom with shower, bath and double sinks on this floor and there is plenty of wardrobe space .

Refreshed and ready for the day you can choose from a wide variety of activities. For the more energetic there are a number of choices from challenging bike rides and mountain walks to a wide range of water sports. Como will keep you exhausted and happy. If you want a more leisurely holiday you can drink in the vistas while soaking up the sun on the large sun terrace.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

Lake Como is surrounded by striking mountains,lying between Lugano and the alps 50 km from Milan. Como centre with its fantastic shopping, restaurants and lakeside walks only 10min away. Bellagio by boat or car is not to be missed.

Como (silk industry, and historical town , lively market 3 times a week) , surrounding mountains (for hiking, mountain biking or a leisurely car drive up to panoramic view points), boat trips on the lake (criss-crossing from one village to the other), beautiful villas with parks open to the public (Carlotta in Tremezzo for its azaleas), (Balbianello in Lenno), (Melzi in Bellagio),Menaggio, Bellagio and Varenna all worth a visit.

The Como / Blevio area

Blevio is a quaint village on the eastern side of Lake Como. It is less than 10 mins. from the town of Como and an ideal location for those who want to experience the peace and quiet of a lake side property but have all the shops, restaurants, bars, and convenience of a lively town nearby.There is one parking space for the apartment.

The village has all the amenities you will need: supermarket, chemist, bread shop, bar, post office. The village lies on the main lakeside road and therefore is on the main bus route up and down the lake .It also has a ferry port stop for passenger at nearby Torno, ferries (both slow ferry and hydrofoil) and these are a great way of seeing the lake which is at its best when viewed from the water.

Como is easily reaches by Milan's three main airports, Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo. Several flights each day from UK and Ireland by Aer Lingus, Ryan Air, Easy Jet, British Airways.

All major car hire companies are located at the airports and also in Como centre.

Trains from central Milan, Switzerland arrive at either of Como's two train stations.

Public bus service is regular to all areas on the lake. The lake side villages are also served by public ferry from Como to Menaggio and Bellagio, and all towns in between.
