The surrounding environment is a woodland valley with a stream flowing through, bringing together a variety of local wildlife. Mill Park is set in the heart of natural outstanding coastal beauty.
This apartment is ideal for fishermen as the park has a one acre stream fed fishing lake.
Also ideal for a group of surfers, families/friends looking for a peaceful break and walkers as the area is excellent for its award winning costal walks.
Within close reach of a range of attractions including some of the finest beaches in North Devon and fun family filled activities.

Mill Park is surrounded by attractive woodland, being just a short walk from quiet pebble beaches.Equally near at hand is the unspoilt and breathtaking beauty of Exmoor . The lovely views of the roughed coast line can be experienced from many of the coastal paths
The Combe Martin / Berrynarbor area
Combe Martin is a quite seaside town with a lovely beach and plenty of local shops
Berrynarbor is just 5 minute walk from the site. The village dates from the sixteenth century and earlier.
There is a quaint old village pub, village store and a post office, The local church as lots of history.
