This impressive 5 star accommodation on the fringes of Exmoor has been thoughtfully renovated to capture the true character of the impressive house and adjoining annexe featuring barn style A-fames and beams, open fires, slate and polished wood flooring.

A 3 minute drive will take you to the picturesque village of Combe Martin, which claims to have the longest main street of any village in the country. It also boasts a highly recommended 17th century Inn, spectacular views over a sandy bay, hidden coves and a harbour. From here the south west coastal path offers walks with breath-taking views to Baggy Point or Lynton and Lynmouth which are well worth a visit forming part of Exmoor national park. Other family attractions in the area include the Wildlife and Dinosaur Park (2 minutes down the road), Exmoor Zoo, The North Devon Farm Park and Watermouth Castle.

The superb accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: with 5 being en-suite. Upstairs 2 king-size doubles with en-suite bathroom, hand held shower and WC. A further king-size double with en-suite shower and WC and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Downstairs a further kingsize double room. Bathroom: downstairs separate WC and shower room. The well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchen with slate flooring has a large dining table seating 12, Aga, built-in oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. A separate laundry room holds a washing machine, tumble dryer, table top freezer and has space for coats and wellies, etc. The cosy sitting room with polished wooden flooring is extremely comfortable and seats 8, with an open fire style woodburner, wide screen TV with freeview, DVD and hi-fi. A second snug sitting room (seats 4) is located down a few steps into the adjoining converted barn and is ideal for the children also with log fired woodburner, TV and DVD. This level also offers a twin bedroom with TV, en-suite bath, shower and WC. With french doors into the garden and a door into the courtyard. This part of the accommodation being in a separate wing of the house would be ideal for a noisy teenager or those needing peace and quiet. The accommodation is of a high standard throughout and will ensure a very comfortable stay. Outside is a games barn with table football, table tennis and dart board. An enclosed private garden and patio with seating and BBQ, also large grassed area suitable for children to play ball. Off-road parking for 4 cars.
