CLOSE TO THE BEACH AND VILLAGE CENTRE

A charming mid-terrace cottage positioned at the end of a short lane, situated in the small coastal resort of Combe Martin, you will be a 15 minutes stroll to the village's own harbour and sheltered sandy bay, that offers spectacular views across the bay to the dramatic headlands and beyond and at low tide the large expanses of golden sands.

The village also boasts a highly recommended 17th century inn, Post Office, bakery and a few small grocery shops. From here the South West Coast Path offers walks with breathtaking views to Baggy Point or Lynton and Lynmouth which are well worth a visit, forming part of Exmoor National Park that is a short drive. Other family attractions in the area include Watermouth Castle, The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Exmoor Zoo and The North Devon Farm Park.

The accommodation has a private footpath to the front with a low stone wall and running stream and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with adjacent WC, 1 twin and 1 single all located on the first floor. Bathroom: on the ground floor with electric shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with original exposed beams, feature fireplace with woodburner effect gas fire, TV, SkyTV (free channels) and DVD with a selection of DVDs. Kitchen/diner: with gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Small sun lounge off the kitchen. Outside: pretty enclosed garden (ideal for dogs) with seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, wifi, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 3 dogs welcome.
