The ground floor kitchen, dining room, hall and lounge have been designed for open plan spacious living. All rooms downstairs have quarry tiles with underfloor heating, a wealth of exposed beams throughout. Both Lounge and Dining room have comfortable seating and the lounge features a wood burner stove creating a very cosy atmosphere.

The barn is in a delightful rural setting situated in pictuesque Berrynarbor, several times winner of 'Best Kept Village Award' and at the coastal end of the Sterridge Valley,within walking distance of the village and Watermouth Harbour.
The West Country / Devon region
North Devon has a spectacular coastline with dramatic scenery and magnificent beaches that make this area perfect for all the family. Immediately inland is the equally spectacular Exmoor National Park with its rolling hills, with wild deer horses and goats. Barnstaple is the Regional centre is close by and offers a good shopping centre and traditioal Pannier Market. There is also a theatre, multi screen cinema, ten pin bowling , leisure, tennis centre and restaurants to suit all tasetes.
The Combe Martin / Berrynarbor area
Berrynarbor is very picturesque with popular village pub, tea rooms, Post Office and shop which sells local produce.
Watermouth has a wonderful harbour,and is on the National Heritage Coastline.The Coast Path runs trough the harbour. Watermouth Castle is an adventure theme park particularly suitable for younger children.
Broadsands is the nearest beach lying between Watermouth and Combe Martin. It is ideal for rock pooling and sea fishing.
Combe Martin offers two beaches and lis at the foot of Hangmans Hill. It has an abundance of pubs and places to eat.
Ilfracombe is a working Harbour with a ferry to Lundy Island, sea fishing and boat trips. It also has a Cinema, Theatre and many restaurants including Damion Hurst's 'The Quay'.
Woolacombe has three miles of sandy beaches ideal for children and surfers.
Lynton and Lynmouth which is known as Englands 'Switzerland' has a Victorian cliff railway and the spectacular Valley of the Rocks containing wild ponies and goats.

The Old Dairy barn is a wonderful conversion, comfortable and very well equipped. The owners are next door, and are most helpful and attentive. It is located in a wonderful country setting, shops and places to eat are within easy access, several golf courses in the area, and many things to make your holiday memorable within a short drive, also some very interesting and picturesque walks. I, and all my family had a great time in a very good, well appointed and comfortable accommodation, and would recommend it to anyone.
