Further details indoors: The lounge, with it's big open fire, magnificent views, freeview t.v. etc; kitchen and games room with pool table all open onto the large conservatory which in turn opens onto the private garden.
The master bedroom has triple aspect windows to the valley, en-suite bathroom with double basins, large shower and bath also a large walk in wardrobe. the other 2 doubles also have the magnificent views.
Further details outdoors: Patio,garden furniture and gas BBQ all help to make eating alfresco easy whilst watching the wildlife, deer, fox and an abundance of birds there is also a badger set just across the field.

Whilst there is plenty of parking space tidy parking is much appreciated as owners use yard as well.
Conditions
Provisional bookings remain firm for 1 week pending return of booking form and 25% non returnable deposit. Booking made less than 6 weeks before due date shall be accompanied by full payment. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. Non payment by the due date will be treated as cancellation.
Arrival and Departure - The cottage is available from 3p.m. on the day of arrival to 10a.m. on the day of departure. Please telephone to confirm estimated time of arrival.
Cancellation - In the event of cancellation, please advise us immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property and return your payment, less a handling fee of £30.00 and less deposit. If we are unable to re-let all monies will be forfeited.
Guest Numbers - The number of people occupying the cottage must NOT exceed the number stated. The owners reserve the right to enter the property at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection.
Cleaning, Damage and Breakages - The cottage should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. Any breakages should be reported and we reserve the right to charge for any non-trivial damage and or where excessive cleaning is required.
Dogs - Well behaved dogs are most welcome, however, they should NOT be left alone in the cottage or allowed to foul the gardens. Please bring your own pet basket / blanket and DO NOT allow dogs on the furniture.
Logs - First basket of logs are free, thereafter available at a nominal charge. A fire guard is provided and must be used when the fire is lit.
The use of accommodation and gardens is entirely at the Hirer's risk and no responsability can be accepted for injury, loss or damage to the Hirer or the Hirer's companions or guests.
