Most delightful, spacious detached house tucked away in a quiet, select residential lane surrounded by pretty countryside in this friendly Village of Colyford, between the popular coastal towns of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis.

Excellently positioned with stunning uninterrupted views of the Axe Valley. Superb beach, Esplanade and Harbour a mile away at small seaside town of Seaton with a variety of shops, restaurants, golf course and cliff top walks on this Heritage Coast. Colyford has a PO/Store, butcher, two inns, a restaurant and the local Nature Reserve with an abundance of flora and fauna just a minute's walk away.

Famous Tramway runs along the beautiful Valley and River Axe from Colyford to Seaton and to Colyton.

The Colyton / Colyford area

Colyton, an old world small town steeped in history - dating back to Saxon times. More of a village with quaint shops, fine art galleries, antiques, local rural crafts, garden shop, inns and eateries. Church of outstanding architecture. Fine walks in superb countryside and by fields on the River Coly. The pretty fishing village of Beer is only a 10 minutes drive away.

A horse drawn wagon takes visitors around the town. Electric tramway runs along the Axe Valley to coast at Seaton 3 miles away. Enroute is the interesting sister village of Colyford with Nature Reserve and Holyford Woods.
