Very charming, authentic Perigoudian house with caracter. This family home is located by the river, has a large garden with private pool. Due South, the house benefits from the sun all day. Extremely well equipped kitchen, linen supplied and bath towels as well.

The Aquitaine / Dordogne / Dordogne region
The Dordogne region is one of the most complete regions of France: fine food with foie gras and truffles and cepes, great wine, pre-history with Montignac's Lascaux Caves and the world's largest pre-history museum, history with its riverside medieval chateaux, unique gardens such as Eyrignac, sports such as climbing, horse-riding and canoeing.
Coly area
Very small village. Quiet and charming with authentic houses. Only 200 inhabitants. The house is set by the side of a river filled with trout, so its perfect for fishing. There are many fabulous walks you can take through the country side which take in all the spectacular sights of the Dordogne valley. Within a short distance of Coly you will find a wealth of chateaux, bastides, prehistoric sites, medieval fortresses, typical villages and markets.
