Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shops, pubs & restaurants 10 mins walk, beach approx 1 mile (steep hill on way back). Note: Home cooked evening meal service available by arrangement with owner on arrival, at extra cost.
The North Wales / Denbigh/Flint/Conwy region
Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and cascading waterfalls. Climb Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales’ highest mountain, or travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway. Alternatively, why not sample the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat.
In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe. You could also explore the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as Colwyn Bay, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno or the Isle of Anglesey on the north coast.
The Colwyn Bay / Old Colwyn area
Old Colwyn is an excellent jumping off point for exploring North Wales. This quiet seaside town is situated two miles east of the coastal resort of Colwyn Bay with its selection of restaurants and pubs. Walkers and cyclists will enjoy the wide sweeping promenade that extends all along the bay from Old Colwyn to Penrhyn Bay, the long coastal cycle trail, and three miles of sandy beaches. The picturesque harbour and pier at Rhos-on-Sea; Colwyn Bay; the Welsh Mountain Zoo; the all weather facilities of Eirias Park and some good local golf courses are all within reach of Old Colwyn. Also within reach close by are Llandudno and Conwy, a medieval town with a fascinating 13th century castle. And of course no visit to North Wales is complete without discovering the breathtaking natural beauty of Snowdonia and the stunning Isle of Anglesey.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee per week or short break.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
