Situated in the charming village of Colonia San Pere the 3 bedroom townhouse is just 300 metres from the beach. The beach is good for children and very relaxed. There are many other beaches on the bay of Alcudia which are just a short car ride away. Many of these offer excellent watersport activities.

This property is ideally located for holiday makers wishing to enjoy outdoor pursuits such as diving, walking, fishing, sailing & cycling. Keen golfers will be pleased to know there are 5 top quality courses nearby. The village of Colonia has a relaxed family atmosphere but also ideally suited for groups and couples. The stunning ancient village of Arta is just a 10 minutes drive away with popular towns of Alcudia & Can Picaforte just a 20 minute ride. The Beaches in the area are safe, sandy and ideal for bathing & other activities.

The other is San Antonio in January recommended for the excellent atmosphere and hospitality.

Most budget airlines fly to Mallorca these incluse, Easy Jet, Thomson Air, FlyBe, XL, and many more. Tickets can be found for as little as £20 if booked in advance.
There are many car rental companies located in Palma Airport where you can pick up your car from the airport. The company we always use when visiting the island is SixT, they are reasonably cheap and always provide a good service.
The drive form Palma airport to the house is an easy 45 minute drive along the major roads which cross the island.
