Welcome to Voramar! This modern, cozy row house offers you the comfort of a home that will make your holidays an unforgettable experience.
With a size of 110 m2, Voramar is ideal for families with children or small groups of friends who want to spend their holidays close to the beach. There are 2 bedrooms in total, one with 2 single beds and 1 with double bed. There is one air conditioning system in the bedroom with the double bed and another one in the living room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower cabin and the second one with a toilet and a wash basin.
The accommodation consists of 2 floors; the ground floor and first floor. When entering the house, you will find the bedroom with the 2 singles on the left hand side. The second bedroom is lying at the end of the corridor. At the corner you will find a small smoking area, surrounded by glass. Upstairs you find the fully equipped kitchen and the modern living area where you can pass your free time on the cozy sofa in the tastefully decorated living room reading a good book, watching TV (satellite), watching a DVD with your children or taking a nap. The open-plan kitchen on the 1st floor makes cooking really enjoyable and offers you everything you will need for preparing your feasts. It is equipped with a toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas stove and a refrigerator-freezer. The small pantry is ideal to store your groceries. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.
The terrace is private but not fenced and count with a barbecue and 2 sun loungers. Furthermore, there is a small area of synthetic turf (about 50m2). There is no private parking, but you could park for free in close to the house on the side roads.

NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

With previous authorization from the owners and the agency these times can be adapted to the needs of the client (only where possible). At your arrival day, we'll leave the keys in the safety box in front of the house. You'll get the code from us, after the booking confirmation. The security deposit of €300 will be refunded within 48 hours of the end of your holiday subject to a satisfactory inspection.
Small pets are allowed (free of charge). If you have questions during your stay, you can always contact us under our emergency telephone number, which we provide after confirming the booking.
2 weeks before arrival, we'll send you a map with a detailled description from the airport to the house.

Colonia de Sant Pere
The location of the home is ideal because you find the beach and all important facilities in walking distance. You will reach the next sand beach in 170 meters; you just would have to walk 3 minutes down the road. The old fishing village Colònia St. Pere offers you a few good restaurants, a tiny supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a small yacht club. Stroll down the sea promenade, watch the sailing boats and try our excellent wines and dishes in one of the restaurants. Walking on this promenade you could reach the small bay Caló des Parral with coarse-grained sand and crystal clear water.
In the zone round Colònia St. Pere you will find lots of beaches, the most of them natural areas. Lots of bays and beaches for every taste and mood are waiting to be explored: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta, S'Aigua Dolça are just a few beaches (rocky and sandy) in the zone.
