The house is spacious and comfortable The ground floor is completely open and has great clarity. fully equipped modern kitchen Large Dining Room, Spacious Living Room, large screen TV Internet connection Bureau The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms Master bedroom: bed 140x190 / Bath / toilet Second bedroom: bed 160x190 / Bath / toilet One large garden with terraces / garden furniture and outdoor dining the house is close to all amenities, 5 minutes from downtown by car, 15 min walk from the historic center All shops in the area 5 minutes walk from the house hyper market, bakery, hairdresser, pharmacy, bank etc ..... Note that the reservation price "2 people" included the use of parental room and not the use of two rooms to use two rooms for a couple validate 3 people. THANK YOU. Laundry with supplement of 15 euros per stay, payable upon arrival, request to be made by mail Rent only people responsible and respectful of the property of others. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send HANN (the owner) a message.

If HANN (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
