About the home

1 of 7 villa's sharing a pool in a quiet location with panoramic views towards the town and sea and surrounded by the terraced vineyards which dominate the hillsides. Within short stroll to the picturesque village of Collioure and all the beaches.

Accommodating two double bedrooms with 5ft beds lovely airy rooms with high ceilings furnished to a luxury standard both with terraces and shared bathroom fully tiled with wc, shower and vanity unit.. The ground floor includes morning terrace, lounge,dining table and fully fitted kitchen. The third bedroom has two single beds and shower and separate w.c.

All rooms are fully air conditioned.
The shared pool now has 12 luxury sun beds for communal use.

2 parking spaces available. We must emphasize that while the pool is mostly sheltered from view it is still in a residentual area and we must give respect to our neighbours and keep our noise levels to a minimum.

Conditions

Whilst children are welcome the villa and pool areas would need younger children to be supervised.

Its landscape is known all over the world and its beauty has inspired great artists such as Matisse and Derain.

Painters are still drawn to this magical place to capture the stunning light and ambiance that surrounds the bay with its breathtaking views. Walking cycling or taking the 'petit train' will lead you to panoramic views amongst the terraced vineyards which dominate the hillsides which surround the port, passing castles, chateaux and ancient hilltop beacons providing stunning views of the coastline

“Lovely villa in excellent location” This villa is one of the best fitted out that we have stayed at, it has good amount of outside space and although close to everything that Colliore has to offer you can relax in a quite environment. As small boat owners we were able launch at Banyules and keep the boat on the water at Port Vendre marina which was fantastic as it meant the boat was easily accessible. Would recommend this lovely villa to groups of friends and families.

“Fantastic little villa in a hidden gem of a town” Had possibly the best short break I've ever had staying at this villa perched up the hillside in Collioure! Not only was the weather gorgeous in April, but the town, which is a 8min walk away is absolutely amazing. A stunning harbour town with bars, ice cream parlours, yachts coming in, great restaurants and a magnificent fort overlooking everything. We took our bikes out for a week and did some of the most spectacular rides I've ever done (both extremely hilly - up the pyrenees, and extremely flat - along the coast towards Montpellier). Relaxing by the sea is clearly a must, but if you are into your sports activities, this is fantastic place for cycling, hiking, sailing too. Loved being able to pop over to Spain for the day too. The villa itself is great - very nicely furnished, spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. Highly recommend this place for a young family, couple looking for some southern french sunshine, or a group of friends looking for a long weekend away!!

“Fantastic!!” I stayed here for one week with two friends and had the most amazing time. The villa itself is very well laid out and equiped and provides great views across the town of Collioure and the sea. There is also an excellent patio area for those evening BBQ's. The town centre is a short walk away with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to keep you entertained during your stay, it's also a suprisingly pituresque town with quirky back streets and independant retailers (similar to Dubrovnik in many ways) If cycling is your bag, then i would definitely recommend getting out and making the most of the smooth French tarmac.
