Newly restored very modern and comfortably large 50m2 Studio, part of 1873 village house, in Collioure, much loved prime position 3 mins. walk to the beach and very local shops - offering a variety of necessary requirements. Double bed, Studio bed couch, (screen for privacy) single Futon.
Kitchen area with Dining providing, Oven/Hob/Microwave, Kettle, Dishwasher, Flat screen (English)T.V., free standing CD tape/Radio player, Ironing board, Hairdryer. Large Shower room with Basin Toilet and Electric towel rail.
There are two modern Ceiling fans/lights and Reading lights. There are T.V. Headphones supplied for use if a child is in bed.
Bedding and Towels provided in Rent. There are 2 Launderettes close by for personal use.

Because of the size of the Studio there is ample space for flexible living using the screen and abundant storage.
The front of the house faces South so the Sun is able to stream through the large windows most of the day.
Although the access is not totally suitable for wheelchairs - the obstacle is 3 steps through the front door!
Everything else is on the level.
There are No Beach Towels provided.

The Collioure area
Collioure is a truly beautiful place offering children safe clean beaches a full programme of Summer Events for individuals and Families. Buses go to local places of interest for 1 euro throughout the summer. The 'Yellow Train' is a must - through the Banyuls Vineyards to Port Vendres.

Once again, thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment! It was absolutely fantastic! The apartment contained everything we could possibly need, was spotlessly clean and we felt priviledged to be the first occupants since it's completion earlier this year. Located perfectly in the beautiful cobbled back streets of Collioure, it is a stones throw away from the town centre and all it's facilities. It provided an excellent base from which to explore the area during the day and return to in the evening to sample Collioure's numerous restaurants. We really can't speak highly enough of both the apartment and the region, and we are looking forward to returning to both for many years to come.
