"Fabulous holiday cottage in Collioure"

This charming, small house is ideally located just a hundred metres from the beautiful waterfront in Collioure. The house is very well designed in a simple and tasteful décor with comfortable beds and living area. We were there during the quiet, early spring months and it was warm and private. The lighting inside is good and the facilities are excellent with private bathrooms (showers and toilet for each bedroom) and the kitchen is very well appointed and we loved being able to buy and cook with fresh produce from the fantastic twice-weekly market in Collioure. There is also is a lovely family living space that is warm and comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay here and for us it was a home away from home.

"A gem in the south of France"

This home is worthy of the five star ratings and comments from the other reviewers on TripAdvisor. My wife and and I and two friends from Sweden stayed in the cottage in July 2014 and have plans to return!

The location is ideal as it is situated in a quiet little street in the historic section of town and is so close to the beach, castle, restaurants, cafes, shops and town centre. My personal highlights were relaxing on Fourbourg beach, climbing to Fort St. Elme, and eating out (and cooking in!).

In short, the house was exactly as advertised, Collioure is a delight, and as a bonus the owners were fantastic to deal with and provided many helpful suggestions and advice before we even arrived. I only wished we stayed longer!

I am looking forward to staying in this gorgeous home again when I next travel to France and I am recommending it to my family and friends. Stu (Australia)

"This house is a jewel - comfortable, beautifully maintained, close to the beach and shops."

We have stayed in this house before and have also stayed in 2 other places in Collioure - on 3 separate vacations. This house is so much better than the other places. It is comfortably appointed. Everything you need is provided and there are detailed instructions that are very helpful (e.g. use of unfamiliar appliances, access to the internet, directions to local shops). If something in the house is needed during your stay, the owner responds promptly and assists with resolution). The house is clean and well maintained. It is also centrally located, so that a car is not needed. Several beaches, shops (including grocery stores and bakeries), and a number of excellent restaurants are well within walking distance.
