The apartment is our second home and is well maintained and equipped. It is 80sq meters in size and is situated in one of the most sought after residences in Collioure for its outstanding views of Collioure bay and the surrounding mountains and offers parking outside the apartment. We are situated in a private road which is only used by the residents hence the tranquility you will enjoy.
The bedrooms are a good size and have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to have a pleasant stay. The spacious lounge offers open plan access to all areas and also leads via the large patio dooors to the balcony ( has a table and 8 chairs ) which overllooks the Collioure bay.
The bathroom is fully equipped and has a shower cubicle , a sink and bathroom cabinet space. The toilet is separate.The kitchen is spacious and well equipped.
All the rooms have air conditioning with remote controls.
Even from the kitchen you have a stunning of collioure bay.
There is TV with a digital box giving you English channels and a stereo system and a DVD player.

Suitable for two couples or a family of four. Apartment is not suitable for children under 8.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, and NO pets are allowed.
A deposit of 200 0 GBP,s is required for breakages refundable within two weeks after departure.Full payment due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment is in GBP s and can be via bank transfer.
for one weeks rental you are allocated a face towel and one large body towel per person per week.(if more than the allocated towels are used there is an extra charge of 50 euros which will be deducted from the deposit money at the end of your stay.
One set of bed linen is provided per week ( if more is used then there is a deduction of 50 euros which will be deducted from your deposit.
There will be a charge for cleaning if the apartment is not found in the same condition as when you arrived.
Just a polite notice. Your arrival will be greeted at the apartment by our local contact and should be within social hours 8am till 20:00. If you are arriving later please inform us as our local contact will charge for unsociable hours.

Collioure is set at the very southern tip of the Mediterranean , France and Collioure is set where the Pyranees meets the sea,. It a heaven for artists as it was discovered by Matisse and was a retreat for artists such as Picasso and Derain. The old town retains delightfull pedestrian streets within the city walls. The area is surrounded by terraced vineyards and the beaches are sheltered and safe.There are long wide stretches of beaches from Argeles to Perpignan and beyond. There is a duty free town at Le pathou near the Spanish border which is only 35 mins away. An ideal day out for all the family to take advantage of the half price goodies waiting to be bought.
The Collioure area
Collioure is a beautiful historic quaint town and preserved so with a sheltered beach overlooked by beach cafes ,galleries and restaurants and much more. It is the perfect place to just sit back and take in the beautifull views and the artists on the street corners. There is a market every Wednesday and Sunday morning. and there is a "petit train " that leaves every hour and takes you on a magical trip around the town and up through vineyards to the fort where there are some beautiful views.There are also boat trips ,diving ,and lovely walks around the town and beyond. There is a Golf course/spa at St Cyprien ( Golf du Huston )and another golf course in Collioure ( Hotel De Golf ).

Fly to Perpignan ( 26 kms ) , Girona or Carcassone ( 1hr 30mins ) .Car hire is easily available at each airport or there is an excellent train service from Perpignan to Collioure. A car is not necessary to enjoy Collioure but there are very interesting places nearby to visit if you have one.
