This is a very comfortable apartment in a new development with its own garden and terrace. WiFi has recently been installed.

There are two bedrooms, both are to the rear of the apartment, making them quiet and cool. The main bedroom sleeps 2 with a double bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. All beds were new in 2011.

The living area leads out to the spacious terrace and garden where there is a cocktail table with seating for four. The terrace and garden enjoys day long sunshine but can be shaded so that it is comfortable at any time of the day.

The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is well equipped and has access by two separate doors to the terrace and garden with the terrace table and chairs. Great for a quiet half hour with a good book and a glass of something cold!

You can walk to the communal pool (which is open June to September) in literally 30 seconds. It is only a 10 minute walk to Collioure town with 3 beaches, market, artist studios, cafes, and restaurants.

Rental rates quoted include provision of bed linen, towels etc. Additional changeovers of linen and towels can be arranged at an extra charge of 15 euros per person.

Cancellation charges:

If rental is cancelled more than 42 days before the deposit will be forfeited, 42-28 days before arrival 50% of the full rental cost will be forfeited,within 28 days of arrival the full rental cost will be forfeited.

If the apartment can be re-let for the duration of the rental, only a 10% handling fee will be charged.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region

Pyrenees Orientales is a department within the region of Langeudoc Roussillon with Perpignan its capital.

It enjoys a truely stunning landscape with mountains -the highest of which is called Canigou- making a beautiful backdrop the beaches of Collioure.

The region enjoys an excellent climate - 320 days of sunshine a year! Every day is a bbq day!

Towns which you might like to add to your visit list include Perpignan, Céret, Argeles, Port Vendres, Banyuls sur Mer, which are all within 30 minutes drive away ( Argeles and Port Vendres are walkable)

Across the border in Spain Barcelona is 2 hours away and closer still are the beaches of the Costa Brava with towns such as Roses and Cadaques well worth visiting.

Just a couple of hours drive away and the beautful historic Carcassone awaits.


Collioure is really unique seaside town as it enjoys a stunning location with a backdrop of mountains, overlooked by the Fort St Elme with history around every corner.

There are plenty of superb restaurants serving fresh fish and seafood daily. Lots of little side streets bring surprise after surprise - a little bar you'd not seen before, a small shop selling unique gifts and mementos, an artist studio offering pieces painted in the town so famous for its light that all the greats came here for.

Laze the day away by a choice of beaches or work up an appetite walking, cycling, horse riding, diving...................

One week, two weeks - it won't be long enough. You'll be back next year for more!
