The apartment was originally a 3 bedroomed apartment and is 80 sqm. Currently there are two bedrooms, one double and one one twin bedded room. A third bedroom has been opened up to create a wonderfully relaxing lounge area, with a 26" Flat screen TV/DVD. Relax in the comfort of 2 beautiful leather sofas or the single leather recliner. There is a galley style kitchen which is well laid out and very comfortable to work in with all the mod cons, Microwave/convection oven, electric hop, dishwasher, fridge with additional small freezer, a double sink, and washing machine. There is a spacious hatch opening out into the dining area to facilitate your dining experience. All and all the apartment is a very bright and comfortable, ideal in so many ways!

Unfortunately the apartment is not suitable for Children under 5 years.

No pets. Smoking is only permitted by agreement on the Balcony.

The Languedoc-Roussillon region

The gem of the Catalonian coast, Collioure is encased in a small rock bay, with the Alberes Mountains practically pushing her into the sea. Collioure has managed to escape any of the real estate development that has devoured the coast of Roussillon down to Argeles-sur-Mer, six miles away. The town has kept much of its unique medieval character. The Royal Castle separates the bay and is surrounded on one side with cafes, shops and art galleries. Caught between the bay and the sea stands the church, adjacent to the ancient lighthouse that now serves as a bell tower. The rose dome atop the tower is the trademark of romantic Collioure.


Collioure is located in a wonderful area. 2 Hrs from the spanish border it enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year! Working out from Collioure there is an endless range of places to visit from Perpignan, to Carcassone, through to Barcelona. You will not be dissappointed. "Great Apartment"

Conor's apartment was exactly as described. Close to shops & transport (& Avall beach).
We arrived in the evening to a generous welcome basket & a bright, fresh apartment. As the weather was rather changeable for most of our stay, we spent a little more time in the apartment than we normally would. So the spacious layout came into its own. However we did manage quite a few breakfasts on the sunny balcony.
We hope to return in the not-too-distant future.

"Bright, spacious , well appointed and close to the center, secure parking ."

Owner very obliging , good local agent if required . Idealy situated for the historical town and surrounding areas and beaches . Colliore is always on the go all year round and weather to suit . Our second visit to Les Orange , could not ask for more and the town is still full of surprises .

"Great spacious and bright flat in the heart of Collioure"

Comfortable, airy and luminous, just yards away from the narrow streets of old Collioure and the sea. Close to amenities and local shops.
Convenient private parking space, just at the boarder of the town centre area closed on special event days.
Well-equipped, good mattresses, many books, TV and games liked by the two kids... and the adults.
Clean, easy to maintain white floor tiles.
We had a great time in this convenient and welcoming place, from booking to check-out!
