Sleeps up to eight, one master bed + en suite + two guest bedrooms sharing one shower room w/toilet. The main floor offers dining, living room, office space, wireless internet, full suite of TV channels on a 42" LCD, guest WC, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, full fridge and cooking facilities with all the dishes/cookware . The unit is in very good condition with new high efficiency heating throughout never feel the chill as you plan your activities.

Parking is free to guests and secure access is provided to the unit through secure coded locks. The unit has a good view of the many ski trails and during Christmas you can enjoy the fireworks displays from the top of the hill.
Walk to golf, shopping, or skiing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing... summer fun could include a visit to Wasaga Beach, the longest fresh water beach in the world.
The Unit sleeps 8, but we recommend a maximum of 6 for comfort and privacy as the sofa bed (although comfortable) occupies the living room area.
Note that we collect security deposits and these are returned in full after checkout and upon inspection of the unit. All payments are required in full, prior to check in. Depending on the length of your stay, discounts may apply for long term and seasonal rentals. We are willing to hold this unit at discounted rates for seasonal renters or for more personal and private long term use. We are animal lovers so we work with you if you have a small dog or cat, and we can provide you with a good local Vet contact. Whatever the case, We will do our best to assist you.

The region offers real Canadian fun from ice fishing, sunset cruises, some of the best Golf in Canada, mountain biking, snowboarding, and plenty of trails to ride your bike. This truly is a Four Season Playground.
The Collingwood / Blue Mountains area
The first place you will notice is the Ski Village. Regardless the season the village offers up lots to do from shopping, eating, even live music during the summer months. You can whoop it up all day or night, and within a short walk you are safely back to the condo to rest up for the next day.
During the summer, the Monterra Golf Club is a 200m walk. The scenic caves park is close by, as are all the activities located in the Village. Take your mountain bike up the lift to the top of the escarpment and ride the trails, or just ride the local trails on the shores of Georgian Bay. Don't forget Wasaga and its beaches, the longest fresh water beach in the World! Also, Toronto is always nearby for evening concerts, shows and other.
Winter offers a ton of activities, you will only be limited by your imagination.

1.5 Hour drive directly North of Toronto, Ontario. You will find it hard to create more value than this! Blue Mountain Ski and Golf Resort is the largest mountain resort in Ontario, Canada. Perfect for your snowboarding ,skiing and golf holidays. Located next to Collingwood, Ont. only a 90-minute drive from Toronto.
Note the ski village is about a 300m walk from your electronically secured front door. Throw your skis over your shoulder and head out! Everything is you need is within walking distance for an awesome time.
