Collingwood offers boutique shopping and a Loblaws where you can stock up on fresh meat and vegetables. Across the street from Loblaws is the Liquor Store (yes in Canada alcohol can only be found here). We will be happy to help to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This cozy condo, sleeps up to eight with one master bed + en suite and two guest bedrooms sharing another large bathroom w/shower. The main floor offers dining, living room, office space, wireless internet, full suite of TV channels on a 42" LCD, guest bath, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, full fridge and cooking facilities with all the dishes or cookware you will need. The unit is in very good condition with new heating throughout for those cold evenings it keeps you toasty while you dine or plan your next day of activities.
Come, get lost and explore Canada's playground. Enjoy a spacious relaxing stay just 1.5 hour drive north of Toronto.

Parking is free to guests and secure access is provided to the unit through coded locks. The unit has a good view of the many ski trails and during Christmas you can enjoy the fireworks displays from the top of the hill.
Walk to golf, shopping, or skiing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming, boating, fishing...the area has it all.

The Unit sleeps 8, but we recommend a maximum of 6 for comfort and privacy as the sofa bed (although comfortable) occupies the living room area.

Note that we collect security deposits and these are returned in full after checkout and upon inspection of the unit. All payments are required in full, prior to check in. Depending on the length of your stay, discounts may apply for long term and seasonal rentals. We are willing to hold this unit at discounted rates for seasonal renters or for more personal and private long term use. We are animal lovers so we work with you if you have a small dog or cat, and we can provide you with a good local Vet contact. Whatever the case, We will do our best to assist you.

From sitting quietly on the balcony with a good book, watching the golfers, or the birds to those winter days when the kids have hit the hill and you curl up on the sofa with a good book.
We work with www.Summerbound.ca and so cater to the active family, the region offers real Canadian fun from ice fishing, sunset cruises, some of the best Golf in Canada, mountain biking, snowboarding, and plenty of trails to ride your bike. This truly is a Four Season Playground.
The Collingwood / Blue Mountains area
The first place you will notice is the Ski Village. Regardless the season the village offers up lots to do from shopping, eating, even live music during the summer months. You can whoop it up all day or night, and within a short walk you are safely back to the condo to rest up for the next day.
During the summer, the Monterra Golf Club is a 200m walk. The scenic caves park is close by, as are all the activities located in the Village. Take your mountain bike up the lift to the top of the escarpment and ride the trails, or just ride the local trails on the shores of Georgian Bay. Don't forget Wasaga and its beaches, the longest fresh water beach in the World! Also, Toronto is always nearby for evening concerts, shows and other.
