Great beaches only 30mins away. Hills in all directions for lovely walks. The river Tweed in all its glory flows through the valley. Ideal for cycling, fishing, riding or walking or just chilling out.
The Coldstream area
Coldstream is the home of the famous Guards Regiment, situated on the banks of the River Tweed, on the Scottish/English border. It has a small museum, beautiful walks,several pubs, a few shops.The Hirsel estate, home of the Douglas-Home's offers craft shops.a cafe and many lovely walks.
