Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella and only 5 minutes from the lovely old spanish village of Mijas Pueblo. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the many excellent restaurants for eating out. The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The large outside terrace and pool is accessed from the kitchen and is furnished with sun loungers, ideal for you to relax in the sunshine or dine al fresco.

Beautiful throughout, this Spanish villa has been decorated and furnished to the highest standard. With every comfort for the whole family. Air conditioned throughout. Private and gated complex with overnight security.
The spacious master bedroom comes complete with king size bed fully fitted dressing room area & en suite bathroom with jacuuzi bath. Sunny balcony with mountain views to the front of the property. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with fitted wardrobes, & patio doors leading to a balcony facing the rear of property overlooking the pool. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a large sofa bed downstairs complete with seperate shower room and toilet. The spacious kitchen has everything you would expect and leads out onto the terrace and pool area.

A deposit is payable at the booking stage. (£200 per week with the balance due eight weeks prior to arrival)
Security deposit of £250 against damages to be included with the final payment and will be refunded within 21 days of departure subject to inspection of villa.
The Villa will be cleaned to the highest standard prior to your arrival.
All deposits are Non Refundable.

The Andalucia / Malaga Province region
Less than 15 minutes from the beaches of Cost del Sol. Less than 10 minutes drive is the La Trocha Centre with more than 60 shops including Large supermarket for all foods and drinks. There is also a 7 screen cinema (showing films in Spanish and English), American-style bowling alley & a variety of restaurants and eateries to suit all tastes.
A 15 minute drive will take you to La Cañada Shopping Centre, Marbella - one of the best shopping centres on the Costa Del Sol. With many shops including the familiar English shops, it also has hairdressers, restaurants, Alcampo Supermarket, ten pin bowling, amusement arcades, cinema & state of the art gym.
At Benalmádena Marina there is a Sea Life Centre, Tivoli World amusement park (including water slides), and numerous restaurants and bars. There is a crocodile park at Aljaima & a Science Park & Planetarium in Granada. There is an Aqualand water park at Mijas Costa. For horse lovers there is an Andalucían horse demonstration at Club El Ranchito in Torremolinos.
There are plenty of activities nearby, for example: -Alhaurin Golf, (5 minutes) Lauro Golf, Mijas Golf, La Cala Golf including the David Leadbetter academy, El Parador Golf, Guadalhorce Golf & Torrequebrada Golf, all within a 30 minute drive. A little further Monte Mayor, San Roque, Sotogrande and Valderamma (host to 1997 Ryder cup). - Horse riding treks ranging from 2 hours to 2 days!

The historic and beautiful towns of Ronda, Granada, & are all within a short drive thanks to Andalucía’s excellent new road network. Cordoba, Sevilla and Jerez are also reachable. Málaga has an interesting cathedral, many other churches and museums, including the new Picasso Museum.
Other nearby places to visit include Coín, Marbella, Mijas, Puerto Banus, Sierra Nevada & Arcos del Frontera.
The Coin / Alhaurin area
Los Nebrales is a gated development of private properties less than 15 minutes from the coast. Each villa has there own private pool. There is a large central tropical garden with waterfalls & ponds.
The nearest Golf course is Alhaurin only 5 minutes by car. La Cala on 15 minutes and numerous other courses all with a 30 minute drive.
There are several good restaurants within easy reach of the villa. Particularly recommended are:
- Santiago's in Alhaurin el Grande (10 minutes)
- Casa Paco in Coín (10 minutes)
- Bomo - South African food (5 minutes)
- Finca La Moto (5 minutes) international cuisine
