Home description

Our Villa is located just twenty minutes’ from the beach, on the outskirts of the town often referred to as one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Marbella, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. The large outside terrace is furnished complete with tables, chairs and sun loungers to enable you to relax in the sunshine or dine al fresco. With three double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

Less than 10 minutes drive is the La Trocha Centre with more than 60 shops including Large supermarket for all foods and drinks. There is also a 7 screen cinema (showing films in Spanish and English), American-style bowling alley & a variety of restaurants and eateries to suit all tastes.

A 20 minute drive will take you to La Cañada Shopping Centre, Marbella - one of the best shopping centres on the Costa Del Sol. With many shops including the familiar English shops, it also has hairdressers, restaurants, Alcampo Supermarket, ten pin bowling, amusement arcades, cinema & state of the art gym.

At Benalmádena Marina there is a Sea Life Centre, Tivoli World amusement park (including water slides), and numerous restaurants and bars. There is a crocodile park at Aljaima & a Science Park & Planetarium in Granada. There is an Aqualand water park at Mijas Costa. For horse lovers there is an Andalucían horse demonstration at Club El Ranchito in Torremolinos.

There are plenty of activities nearby, for example: -Alhaurin Golf, (5 minutes) Lauro Golf, Mijas Golf, La Cala Golf including the David Leadbetter academy, El Parador Golf, Guadalhorce Golf & Torrequebrada Golf, all within a 30 minute drive. A little further Monte Mayor, San Roque, Sotogrande and Valderamma (host to 1997 Ryder cup). - Horse riding treks ranging from 2 hours to 2 days!

- Walking & hiking in national parks

The historic and beautiful towns of Ronda, Granada, & are all within a short drive thanks to Andalucía’s excellent new road network. Cordoba, Sevilla and Jerez are also reachable. Málaga has an interesting cathedral, many other churches and museums, including the new Picasso Museum.

Other nearby places to visit include Coín, Marbella, Mijas, Puerto Banus, Sierra Nevada & Arcos del Frontera.


Coin area

Los Nebrales is a gated development of private properties, each with it’s own private pool. There is a large central tropical garden with waterfalls & ponds. The Los Nebrales complex offers a luxurious club house with an outdoor swimming pool, a pool bar & restaurant.

The nearest Golf course is Alhaurin only 5 minutes by car. La Cala on 15 minutes and numerous other courses all with a 30 minute drive.

There are several good restaurants within easy reach of the villa. Particularly recommended are:
- Santiago's in Alhaurin el Grande (10 minutes)
- Casa Paco in Coín (10 minutes)
- El Postillón (5 minutes)
- Ventilla - Alhaurin Golf (5 minutes)
- Savannah and Los Candiles Restaurants in Alhaurín el Grande. (10 minutes)

TV & video/DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, & patio doors leading to a balcony facing the rear of property overlooking the pool.
The light and airy kitchen overlooks the terrace and pool area and includes everything you would expect from a luxury villa.

Outside there is a heated private swimming pool, outside shower, large gas bbq & large terrace areas.

A £200 deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Payment in full required for bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Security deposit of £200 against damages to be included with the final payment, refundable following return of the keys. Any damage or breakages will be charged for.

Cancellation Charges: If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), then this is Non Refundable.

IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT CLIENTS TAKE OUT HOLIDAY INSURANCE TO COVER CANCELLATION FEES AND ANY OTHER LOSSES.
