About the home

Casa Lottie has been built and furnished to be our home, 3340 square ft (310 square mts) but with recent events we have to move back to the UK. and have now decided to let others enjoy our Villa, located just outside the beautiful town of Coin with some of the best restaurants around, and only 20 min to the coast, and 20 min to Marbella, Gibraltor is a short run of just over an hour where you can stock up on really cheap duty frees, A truly ideal setting for a quiet relaxing holiday with night life just a short way away, with its local markets and shops you could not want for more, in fact you will not want to leave.

The Villa is ideal for a family(s) of 6/7 with plenty to keep children occupied, very close to Golf courses and old towns such as Ronda, Monda etc. very relaxing by the pool surrounded by the lawned gardens with various fruit trees, BBQ etc all with the renowned Spanish sunshine,

A security deposit of £350 is required to secure your booking with 50% rental due 60 days prior to your check in date with the balance due within 30 days of check in date.

Coin is a very old small Spainish town with lots of charm, check for festival dates for a real insight of Spain, Coin is famous for its new years eve party where people gather from miles around all dressed in fancy dress,
a must see. or if it's golf you prefer you are spoilt for choice form a small par 3 to championship courses

Malaga Airport is very easy to get to from all UK airports, we travel with Easyjet or Monarch and find them very cheap.
There are various car rental companies operating from the airport at very reasonable prices

“This is a perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday” This is a perfect villa for a relaxing family holiday. My family (2 adults and 2 children aged 3 & 13) spent a fantastic 2 weeks in Casa Lottie in August 2011 – we would recommend this villa to everyone. Kevin and Elaine were very helpful, providing advice on local attractions and where to eat, which meant we were able to plan our holiday in advance. We hired a car at the airport and were very grateful to receive clear directions to the villa (30 minutes away). The villa is very clean and welcoming, with beautiful décor throughout. It is well equipped and had everything we needed to make our holiday very comfortable. Our children loved the good sized swimming pool with Scooby Doo tiles on the bottom and the pool table in the games room, which meant we were easily able to relax by the poolside and Jacuzzi. Having the toilet/shower room and bar on the ground floor meant everything was in easy reach of the pool. We would definitely book to go again in the very near future.
