Pradera Estate offers the use of 8 bedrooms for a total of 21 guests + 2 infants, split into 2 houses, "The Lodge" and "The Cottage", separated by a covered patio used as a game-room.

The Lodge can cater for 10 guests with a total of 4 bathrooms, and The Cottage can cater for a further 10/12 guests with 1 bathroom (ideal for youngsters).

Please be aware that indoor dining facilities are limited to 12/15.

Disabled facilities including bath lift available on request.

Some optional services are available as an extra such as daily maid, babysitter, chef, DJ, chauffeur... Please call Karyne for any request, availability and price... We are flexible and will try our up-most best to suit your needs.

Outdoor facilities are ample and all seating arrangements (dining chairs, sofas...) are provided for over 20 guests, as well as 15 sunbeds and a very large BBQ.

The South patio is mainly used as a covered 'game area' (the fun zone).

The West patio with the pool and jacuzzi is offering total privacy being surrounded by walls and a fabulous covered tropical winter garden (the party zone).

The North patio with its BBQ and large tables (the dining zone).

40% is payable upon booking, the last 60% is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 400€ is to be paid by bank transfer or Paypal with the last balance payment and will be returned within one week of departure provided there is no damage or breakage due to accidental/abusive/careless use or cleaning/tidying issues.

There is a minimal fee of 20€/baby for the use of the new cots and high chairs and invalid bath lift.

"Never again!!!"

I have never been on a holiday where so many items were broken, damaged or downright unclean and this is likely to be the reason for the vast number of ants and flies we had to content with on a daily… More

Many thanks for taking the time to write a review, how negative it is.

We are very sad to hear that these Guests should have had such a bad time at Pradera Estate since they were all praising the property during their holiday.

As the owners of Pradera Estate, our reward towards our hard daily work is to make sure that all our Guests have a memorable holiday with us... This is why we have so many groups coming back year after year and over 90 reviews with 5 stars on all our advertising sites.
We don't take any pleasure in having to reply to such an unfounded review...

We can only disagree with these very negative reviewer's statements as they are totally untrue.
These Guests are what we call an "Owner's Nightmare" since they have cost us lots of work during their stay and work and money after their departure due to many damages they have caused during their stay... So many that it could not be accidental as a matter of fact. Even our insurance had to send an expert to assess the damages, which they paid for partially, still leaving us with 817€ worse of repairs, replacement & cleaning bills!!!

Returning the fault to us and stating that Pradera Estate is in a bad condition or unclean is absolutely absurd and abusive.
This review was sent with bad faith, probably due to the fact that we obviously had to withhold the refundable security deposit, not even covering half of the damages caused. These Guests totally abused the property and services provided and were very arrogant and unfriendly towards my sister and myself (the owners), taking for granted that we could be at their disposition 24/7 as we live on our private side of the property (so that we are available any-time for help & assistance and daily maintenance) which is usually never abused and is highly valued from our Guests. A rare service in most holiday-rentals.
The lag of objectivity from these Guests has left us with a sour taste and is far from the true situation and the group's destructive behaviour.
My sister Tina is from the same town as these Guests and was very embarrassed of the state the place was left in....

The property is always impeccable upon arrival of Guests... For these Guests who arrived with over 5 hours of delay (this was not their fault), we've had to stay awake after a hard working changeover day, worrying about them all night long until we could lead them to Pradera Estate at 07:00 on the morning. They found a fridge full of food and cold drinks as a gift for their arrival. This is the way we look after our Guests at Pradera Estate.
Unfortunately when they departed, the property was left in such a bad state that it took our hard working team two weeks to get everything back to a clean state and good order again.

Theme nights with body-paint destroyed most of our white beddings and towels. Guests managed to break or destroy far too many items for it to be a "normal rental behaviour".
I sent a detailed e-mail to the Guests explaining the situation. It remained unanswered.
We just got this very negative review instead!!!
It seams to be that some people find it funny to rent out properties, abuse them as if they were a disposable item, and on top of it all (as it was not enough), write a negative review accusing us of the damages they have caused.

My sister and myself are the owners and manageresses of Pradera Estate and we live on our own side of the property. The 2 houses, gardens, pool, play areas and patios are the rental side and they are located on over 5 acres of land on which we live in our caravans and motor-homes (by choice and because we adore this way of living), together with my horses and our pets. It has never been stated that the 5 acres of fields and olive groves are part of the rent. Only the impeccable part of the property is for rental as it can be managed and maintained properly.

Guests are ALWAYS warned about the electric fence that is a short stretch on one side of the property so that children in particular do not touch it. They are warning signs on the fences as well and it is the safest way to keep horses in a field. No barb wire here!!! Beside, nobody has ever been injured by horse electric fencing and we receive hundreds of children at Pradera Estate yearly. Maybe the Guests should keep a closer eye on their children, seeing the state in which they have left The Cottage...!!! Even a broken lock and door....!!!!

The property is well looked after and maintained on a daily basis by several people working for us. It is professionally fully cleaned on a weekly basis.

Ear infection is usually due to the fact that after landing at the airport some people have got a sinus infection caused by the air-pressure during their flight. Non-stop pool-fun for many hours upon arrival is not advised...
This in no way caused by "dirty pool water" as it was mentioned in this review as the pool was absolutely crystal clear upon arrival.... However, this group made the pool water dirty and murky within 2 days...!!!! We've never seen that in 5 years of rentals....
The pool is looked after by a pool professional and checked daily for the correct level of several chemicals. We use the pool when there is nobody here...!!! So believe us that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the pool....
The phone numbers provided for medical assistance is given by the weekly local news paper for people living abroad. I doubt very much that they would have made a mistake by giving an American phone number, however I will check on that personally just in case.
We did redirect the Guests to the drug-store first and told them that we'll call a doctor or give them the phone number of a doctor if necessary, but we were told that all was ok the next day... I didn't say that the last Guests suffered from ear infection, I said that it can happen as people go straight from a flight diving into the pool and that spending hours in water is not that of a good idea.

We are in a Southern country and in the middle of a lovely countryside. Flies and ants are inevitable. Guests are ALWAYS warned to make sure to take their bins away on a daily basis and to keep food in the fridge or locked away.
When we saw in what state the Guests left the property and the fridge for instance, we can only understand why they are now complaining about flies and ants...!!! We don't have any creepy-crawlies on our side because we make sure not to leave any food or dirty dishes outside or indoor at any time...!!!

Saying that only one air-conditioning was functioning is totally untrue. We told you that the kitchen's one was not working but that room has 3 large openings to the pool & BBQ patio. All other air-cons are working perfectly....!!!!

The drain you are speaking about had a tile covering it and was probably removed by someone in your group as it was on upon your arrival. We found the cover in the gardens near the tennis table and have placed it back after you left.

Finally, we do not recommend these Guests to any Holiday-rental Owners. We have classified them as "Personae non Gratae"

Dear Robert, please look for a hotel rental for your holidays in the future as it might be best suited to your liking.

"amazing party house"

i stayed here for a long weekend for my 40th birthday celebrations. there was 18 ladies. we had the best time ever. we had loud music playing all day and night. we had chefs come in on saturday night and cook us a fab meal. it is a little out of the way but Karyne (the owner) booked us a mini bus transfer from the airport and we also hired a car too to nip to the shop. we did the online shopping that was delivered a little after we arrived which was so much easier than having to shop for 18 girls. you defo need a car as you cant walk anywhere. it is in the middle of nowhere. This is the kind of venue that if you are happy to make your own entertainment and dont want to be bothered by anyone else and make as much noise as you want then perfect. Karyne is very very helpful and could not do enough for you. we are already thinking of an excuse for another ladies only long weekend here.
