Set in the beautiful hilly countryside of Andalucia yet close to The Coast and Marbella, offering a large completely private pool, this villa has 8 bedrooms and great outdoor facilities.

Within its 20,000 sqm compound (5 acres), Pradera Estate offers a heated pool with telescopic sliding roof for winter use and a delightful tropical enclosed winter garden and outdoor jacuzzi, games area including pool table and table tennis, 2 large patios with barbecue, extensive gardens, plenty of parking and stunning views of the Guadalhorce valley.

Perfect for large family reunions or parties, the property sleeps up to 22 plus 2 infants, comprising of 8 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms including 2 with full size baths, spacious sitting room, family room, fully fitted large rustic style kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room, satellite TV, air conditioning, American style fridge freezer and oven...

Disabled facilities include bath lift and raised toilet. The property is entirely on ground level, being 'child, disabled and Senior friendly.

Pradera Estate offers the use of 8 bedrooms for a total of 21 guests + 2 infants, split into 2 houses, "The Lodge" and "The Cottage", separated by a covered patio used as a game-room.

The Lodge can cater for 10 guests with a total of 4 bathrooms, and The Cottage can cater for a further 10/12 guests with 1 bathroom (ideal for youngsters).

Please be aware that indoor dining facilities are limited to 12/15.
Disabled facilities including bath lift available on request.

Some optional services are available as an extra such as daily maid, babysitter, chef, DJ, chauffeur... Please call Karyne for any request, availability and price... We are flexible and will try our up-most best to suit your needs.

Further details outdoors:
Outdoor facilities are ample and all seating arrangements (dining chairs, sofas...) are provided for over 20 guests, as well as 15 sunbeds and a very large BBQ.

The South patio is mainly used as a covered 'game area' (the fun zone).

The West patio with the pool and jacuzzi is offering total privacy being surrounded by walls and a fabulous covered tropical winter garden (the party zone).

The North patio with its BBQ and large tables (the dining zone).

Further details

40% is payable upon booking, the last 60% is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 400€ is to be paid by bank transfer or Paypal with the last balance payment and will be returned within one week of departure provided there is no damage or breakage due to accidental/abusive/careless use or cleaning/tidying issues.

There is a minimal fee of 20€/baby for the use of the new cots and high chairs and invalid bath lift.

Coin and nearby Alhaurrin El Grande have an abundance of restaurants catering for all tastes, as well as a very well hidden exciting night life.
