House | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 7

This delightful holiday cottage is situated in the picturesque hamlet of Cove, perched on the cliff tops near Cockburnspath in the Scottish Borders. It is within easy reach of the A1 and also benefits from excellent rail links. The cottage is a great base for walkers, bird-watchers and golfers as well as a fabulous location for a traditional seaside holiday.

The cottage has been cleverly designed so the living areas are on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning views over the cliffs to the sea. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are a large open plan area and beautifully furnished. There is a wood burning stove, french windows and a fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Downstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom and a utility room with access to the paved sun terrace (perfect for those long summer evenings). The master bedroom has lovely sea views and an en suite shower room. There is a twin room and a sunny third bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed.

The price includes all heating and electricity, linen & towels and a supply of logs for the wood-burning stove. Our guests also receive a complimentary welcome pack on arrival.
