The County Cork region
There are several top-class golf courses within easy access including Fota Golf Club and Cork Golf Club in Little Island. A kiddies' playground is situated a stone's throw away and Fota Safari Park and golf course are nearby. The blue-flag Garryvoe beach, Ballymaloe house and Trabolgan Holiday village can be visited by car. The train station is nearby, so the house is ideal for those commuting to Cork city.
Other local highlights include the English Sailing club, Trabolgan holiday village, the famous Blarney castle, Garryvoe Beach and the Midleton distillery tour.

The house is right beside a beach and less than 15 minutes drive away there is sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking and cycling. Close to the house you will find swimming, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop. Within easy reach of the house you will find a theatre/cinema and a themepark.

Fly to Cork Aerport and get taxi or hired car to CObh. Take the French ferrry to Cork Harbour

Further details indoors: Recently re-furbished to exacting standards. Very clean and easy to keep. New large leather sofas and clean new carpets make the sitting room a very relaxing space. Lovely sea views from front bedrooms, sitting room and kitchen make this house a joy to be in.
Extra large washing machine - ideal for large groups. Ideal for families - loads to do in east Cork. Near Trabolgan holiday camp, Fota wildlife Park. sailing.
Further details outdoors: The house is in a very quiet area. It has a west facing garden, a south facing patio area, a east facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. The house freshly painted and surrounded by large gardens.
