Nelson Gay offers accommodation of five king or queen bedrooms and one single bedroom (three in the main house, two in the connecting annex, and one in the newly converted cottage on the grounds), all with air conditioning and en suite bathrooms. There are also 2 Chattel houses on the premises which offer additional accommodation by special arrangement. Amenities include digital satellite TV in three rooms, two telephone lines, dedicated fax line, stereo, laptop and VCR. The beach at the end of the garden is considered one of Barbados' best, where excellent swimming, snorkelling and water sports are available.
This tasteful beach front villa is ideally located on two acres of beautifully landscaped gardens with many mature trees on Cobbler's Cove Bay. An elegant living room with high ceilings has views across the open patio terrace and lawns to the Caribbean Sea beyond. Dining can either be formal in the candlelit dining room designed by Oliver Messell or casual with sunset cocktails and moonlit dinners in the gazebo seating fourteen.
Enjoy excellent swimming at Cobbler's Cove Bay, or travel just half a mile north for the shopping and supermarket facilities of Speightstown in St. Peter. It is ten miles to the capital Bridgetown and fifteen miles to Grantley Adams International Airport. A staff of seven includes a butler, cook, maid, laundress, gardener and night watchman. The house grounds are adorned with many famous pieces of sculpture, artwork, and a new authentic chattel play house, but still Nelson Gay maintains a casual and comfortable island elegance.

The St Peter Parish region
St Peter Barbados is a parish that stretches across the northern part of Barbados. It stretches all the way from the west coast to the east. The main town of Speightstown is one St Peter travel destination worth checking out. The town was once a busy port for ships but today is far more relaxed. History buffs will appreciate the historical buildings on Orange Street and Queen Street.
Cobblers Cove Bay area
Located on the favoured and exclusive west coast, Nelson Gay’s garden gate opens straight on to a stunning crescent of perfect coral sand. The gallery is open all week and is a popular stopping point for St Peter tour groups.
