Picturesque location in Teme valley, set in 25 acres, are our 3 purpose built holiday lodges, each sleeping six, all with a ground floor bedroom (2 suitable wheelchair access). 3 bedroom bungalow with private enclosed garden. One bedroom beamed cottage (sleep 2). Hot tub. Holistic therapy available on site (pre-booked). Private coarse fishing pools. River Teme 1/2 mile. Ideally situated for walking, bird watching, touring heart of England and Welsh Marches. Pick up and drop off available for walkers. Bed and breakfast also available in our 15th cen. beamed farmhouse. Perfect venue for family/friend reunions, walking parties, small functions etc. with games/function room, seating approx 35, pool table, small "washing up kitchen". log burner, w.c. & w.b.

For the fisherman, we have our own trout pool (fly fishing only), a coarse fishing pool, stocked with carp, rudd and tench. Coarse fishing can also be arranged with a neighbouring farmer, on the River Teme, famous for it's barbel.
There are many BAA stretches within easy reach on both the Teme and Severn. Permits can be obtained from Alan's Fishing Tackle - 01905 422107. Prince Albert and Barbel Society waters are also close by.
Golfers can play the 18 hole Upper Sapey Golf Course, 3 miles away and enjoy the clubhouse facilities.
For the ladies, why not relax and book an appointment with our visiting Holistic Therapist - choose from Aromatherapy, Remedial Massage, Reflexology or Indian Head Massage treatment. For walking parties, we offer a pick up and drop off service.
Clifton on Teme area
Situated three quarters of a mile from the picturesque village of Clifton-on-Teme with it's shop, post office and pubs. We are a very convenient base for touring the Heart of England. Enjoy many castles, walks and historic villages all within easy travelling distance.

We are 3/4 mile East of the village of Clifton-on-Teme/Clifton-upon-Teme and 2 miles to the West of the village of Martley on the B4204 that runs from Worcester to Tenbury Wells. Our Ordnance Survey reference is SO 728 609

2 well behaved dogs allowed @ £10 per pet. All breakages to be replaced or paid for. Property to be left in a clean and tidy condition. Change over 2 lodges and cottage Saturday, one lodge and bungalow Friday.
