TERMS OF CANCELLATION TERMS AND RENTAL POLICY
JOYCES WATERLOO HOUSE
Booking NB. It is a booking requirement that the agreed deposit amount be paid in order to complete the booking. If the deposit is not received by the agreed date for methods outside Credit Card bookings, we reserve the right to release the booking and advertise the dates in question as available.
Payment may be made by Credit Card, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque.
Booking Deposit Requirement A 33 % non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the remaining 2/3 balance of the rate is due by 50 days prior to arrival. If you are booking within 50 days prior to arrival payment of the full rate is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY 33% booking deposit is non refundable. Cancellations made within 50 days prior to arrival, 2/3 payment is non refundable. In event of cancellation within 50 day period, we will endeavour to re-sell the booked period and if on reselling the booked period, will refund monies, less costs.
Any bookings, (full or short stays) made within the 50 day arrival period, must be paid for in full at time of reservation. In event of cancellation all monies within the 50 day period will be non-refundable. However, we will endeavour to re-sell the booked period and if on reselling the booked period, will refund monies, less costs.
Security Deposit A security deposit will be required on arrival of €1000 in cash. This is standard procedure in case of breakages or damage. The full amount will be returned less any damage costs 3 days after departure.
Utilities The rate for the rental period does not include the cost of Electricity or Oil consumed during stay. Both items are metered and are charged at the national domestic rate. You will be provided with meter readings at the start and the end of stay. The full amount is payable in cash on departure.
Bedlinen & Towels Towels and bed-linen are supplied as standard. All beds dressed for arrival. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom, with the exception of 1 x single occupancy bedroom.
INTERNET / WiFi Joyces Waterloo House has wireless broadband internet access as well as having a full business office that has a PC, in event of you not having a laptop.
Arrival / Departure You are welcome to arrive any time after 4pm and departure is by 10a.m. It may be possible to arrive prior to 4pm in certain circumstances. However, more than likely on an early arrival the house will not be totally cleaned but it should be possible for the group to have access to all the upstairs bedrooms/ bathrooms etc. Please contact us if you require an early arrival.
Departures: In order to get house ready for next occupants, a 10a.m. departure is required. However, if for some reason you need a little bit of extra time, the cleaning staff will have to start at set time and work around you.
